TRANSFORMATION OF ZAMCHEMA (Part 1)

As part of efforts to reposition the Zamfara State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (ZAMCHEMA) which is a major concern of his Excellency Dr. Dauda Lawal, the Agency has come up with a Strategic Direction which aligns with that of the National Health Insurance Authority under the leadership of Dr. Kelechi Ohiri.

We have Restructuring on the frontline as a part of these Strategic Directions. In line with the commitments to Restructure the Agency, we recently took a hard look at our agency’s infrastructure.
The reality? True growth doesn't come from pushing people to work longer hours—it comes from restructuring how work actually happens.
To scale our performance, we focused on some core areas to mention but a few; a conducive working space, office equipment’s & tools, automation etc. for effective & efficient performance. A happy team delivers better results.

Stay tuned for more updates on the Restructuring of ZAMCHEMA under the Leadership of His Excellence Governor Dauda Lawal.
