POV: When you find out period cramps are compared to 1 cm dilation…….but labor is 10 cm.
Me: Double it and give it to my husband. 😭😂
Suddenly, I’m a lot more grateful for my uterus… and a lot more terrified. 😭😂
Ladies, we’re stronger than we give ourselves credit for.
(Tag your husband, fiancé, boyfriend, or that one man who thinks “it’s just cramps.” 🤭)
✨ Save this for a laugh.
💬 Would you rather have your monthly cramps or go through labor once? Be honest.

Period cramps really have no respect. 😂
One minute you’re smiling, making plans, and living your best life.
The next minute your uterus says, “Not so fast.” 😭💀
While period cramps are common, they shouldn’t stop you from living your life every month. Learning what helps your body, whether that’s heat therapy, gentle movement, hydration, or speaking with a healthcare professional if your pain is severe can make a big difference.
Save this for your next period, and send it to the friend who’s always texting, “My cramps have started.” 🩷😩

Most of us know our birthdays by heart, but how many of us know our menstrual cycle just as well? 👀
Can you answer these questions without checking your period tracker?
✨ When is your next period due?
✨ What day of your cycle are you on?
✨ What symptoms are normal for you before your period?
✨ Can you tell when your body is doing something different?
The goal isn’t to get every answer right. It’s to become more familiar with your body.
When you know your normal, it’s easier to recognize when something changes. That’s why cycle tracking isn’t just about predicting your next period, it’s about understanding your health.
💗 Take the quiz, comment your score, and tag a friend to see if she can beat you!

✨ PICK A NUMBER (1–10) BEFORE YOU SWIPE!
The number you choose becomes your menstrual health challenge for the rest of the month. 🌸
No overthinking. No changing your mind after you swipe. Just one simple habit that can support a healthier menstrual cycle through small, consistent actions.
Whether your goal is to have healthier periods, improve your menstrual health, or simply build better daily habits, consistency matters more than perfection.
💗 Here’s the challenge:
• Pick one number.
• Stick with the habit until the end of the month.
• Comment your number below.
• Share this with a friend you’d like to join the challenge so you can keep each other accountable.
We’ll come back to this at the end of the month to see how everyone did. 👀

Most of us never stop to think about it, but the average woman experiences around 450–500 periods in her lifetime.
That’s hundreds of opportunities to notice patterns, understand symptoms, and recognize when something isn’t right.
Your menstrual cycle isn’t just about your period, it’s a vital sign of your overall health.
The more you understand your cycle, the better you can care for your body.
