Sad News.

Good Morning.

Pardon me, but there's just no better way to put it. You'd agree with me what has become so obvious in the last few months now is that *death rate* has been so high on the increase and it appears that the *average life expectancy* has drastically reduced. This i say is *extremely bad news*

Even with our level of wealth, spirituality and academic excellence, we never stop to loose the best of our best to the colds hands of death. Sad for me, I have lost a number of amazing friends just this year alone and I feel so *sad* about it.

More sadly, I have come to realise that majority of these death cases are caused by *preventable* health issues. Many of them just chose to ignore the signs. They chose not to give cognisance to their health until they lost their lives.

As a person, it saddens my heart to hear about the death of anyone (friend or enemy). My desire is that we all live long and live well.

And so today, here are my words of encouragement; *pls don't joke with your health* | *when your health comes down, nothing else matters* | *be health conscious* | *prevention is better, safer, and cheaper than cure*
