So this my neighbor came to me last night to ask dat I lend him some money to add up and pay up his rent as landlord is on his neck threatening to send him a quit notice and throw him out if he doesn’t pay up.

But I explained to him dat i just paid mine a month back and I don’t really have to lend him.

Funny thing is, this same guy just woke everyone in the compound up with his loud music this early Sunday morning, 5:00am??😳😳
