On the 18th of October 2025, Next Generation Artist partnered with Status Mutato for an Art and Cultural Festival, and as you would expect it turn out great.

The Jos Awakening Experience: Embracing Culture Art Exhibition 2025

On July 23, 2025, the University of Jos hosted an unforgettable celebration of youthfulness, culture, and art. This event served as a platform where art and culture converged, creating a memorable experience for all attendees.
The Embracing Culture art exhibition was curated by Awin Daniel Wings, in collaboration with the Association of Fine Art and Applied Art and the Next Generation Artist Project. Originally intended to be an introductory exhibition to announce the start of the Next Generation Artist Project, the event aimed to create a platform for young and emerging artists to thrive in the art world. To equipped them with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge needed to excel in the rapidly evolving art scene while encouraging them to stay true to Nigerian culture and tradition by creating and curating art that promotes and preserves Nigerian heritage.

The turnout was a resounding success, drawing approximately a thousand attendees.
