There is this headache that I always wake up with for not getting enough sleep because of the Baby. Today I woke up and was wondering where the headache went to , because that headache is more like a routine since my last Wellness routine got finished...

When I realised the headache wasn't coming forth this morning, I then remembered that I opened a new Wellness pack yesterday in the night and took one sachet... I said ha!!! No wonder I feel so refreshed this morning.

Hnmmm!!! Dear friends taking care of five children is not a joke, I can tell you for free, having a supplement to support my heart, my brain, my eyes, my total Well-being is no longer a LUXURY it's a NECESSITY not a matter of CHOICE anymore, I know food is not enough to support my body systems because I don't always eat the right amount of nutritious food and fruits my body needs.

Don't break down before you start taking care of your health, you need to prevent rather than to cure, you need to stay alive and take care of your children. May you not die and leave your young children In Jesus name, say Amen😁
