OTU RIGWE is a cultural festival that showcases and preserves the Tradition, Arts and Identity of the "YIRIGWE" by fostering community cohesion and share experiences in a convivial atmosphere amongst people from far and near.

The theme for this year is "Culture and Tradition as Tools for Promoting Peace and Tranquility"
