THIS MYTH👇😂

“If your baby is drooling a lot, it means teeth are coming!”
Let’s bust that myth real quick, mama

Truth is, not every drooling baby is teething.
In fact, most babies start drooling at 2–3 months, long before the first tooth even thinks of showing up

So why all the drool?
Because your baby’s saliva glands just woke up
They’re making saliva, but baby hasn’t mastered swallowing it yet, so out it comes

That means this is totally normal:
a.Hands in the mouth all day
b.Constantly soaked bibs
c.Drool on the neck, clothes… everywhere

Relax, mama
It’s a healthy sign that your baby’s body is developing beautifully.

When could it actually be teething?
Drooling plus these signs:
👉 Swollen or tender gums
👉 Chewing on everything in sight
👉 Mild fussiness

Teething usually starts around 5–8 months

See a nurse or doctor if drooling comes with choking, coughing, or trouble swallowing
• The rash around the mouth won’t heal
• Baby has fever or isn’t feeding well

Mama tip:
Keep that cute chin dry, use soft bibs, and apply baby cream if the skin gets irritated.

So no mama, drooling doesn’t always mean teeth are coming.
Sometimes, it simply means your baby is growing just fine 💕

WHY SOME PREGNANT WOMEN FEEL SHARP PAIN “Down There” IN LATE PREGNANCY.

One minute you’re walking peacefully…
Then zzzzap!
A sudden electric shock shoots through your private area or thighs.
Sis, you’re not alone, many call it “lightning crotch.”
Let’s break it down 👇

1.Completely Normal. Especially in Late Pregnancy

That sharp, stabbing feeling happens because your baby’s head is now pressing on sensitive pelvic nerves. It’s uncomfortable, but totally normal.

2. A Sign Your Baby Is Engaging

This usually means your baby is dropping deeper into your pelvis, getting ready for birth.
A beautiful (but shocking) sign that labour is drawing near.

3. What It Feels Like...

_Sudden stabbing or zapping in the va**na
_Quick shocks or jabs
_Intense pressure that comes and goes
It’s fast, random, and catches you off guard!
And when it happens more, you may notice it when you:
– Stand up
– Walk
– Change positions
– Baby shifts slightly
Those nerve endings are very sensitive at this stage.

Don’t Worry, Your Baby Is Safe ❤️

Even though it feels dramatic, it does not harm your baby.
It’s just your body adjusting as baby settles lower.

SIMPLE WAYS TO EASE THE SHOCK

👉Try these for relief:
– Move or change positions slowly
– Sit or lie down to reduce pressure
– Gentle pelvic tilts or birthing ball exercises
– Warm compress on the lower back

👉Hydrate + Stretch

Drinking enough water and doing light stretching helps keep your pelvis relaxed and reduces nerve irritation.

👉When to Call Your Doctor

Seek medical attention if the pain is:
– Constant
– Very severe
– Accompanied by bleeding or fluid leakage

Think of It This Way…

It’s like your baby whispering:
“Mama, I’m almost ready to meet you.” 😍

SAY THIS PRAYER...

“My baby is descending safely, and my labour will be smooth, quick, and joyful.” 🙏🏾💖

God is still in the business of coming through for the ones who diligently seek him.

I remember one time I was to prep a pregnant woman for caesarian section.
A young radiant woman, trembling and hopeful to welcome her child she prayed for.

On history taken, her file said it all…
Twin gestation. IVF conception. 10 years of infertility.

Ten long years of waiting.
Ten years of hospital visits, negative pregnancy test results, tears behind closed doors of baby showers and naming ceremonies she attended with a smile that hid silent prayers.
Anniversaries spent whispering…Maybe next year.

But this time around, the heavens finally answered.
Two beautiful heartbeats on her scan.
Two miracles growing inside her.
Two reasons to believe again.

The theatre was calm…
First cry ….a boy.
Second cry….a girl.

Everyone was smiling behind their masks.
We thought the story had reached its happy ending.

Then the surgeon moved to deliver the placenta…and paused.

A moment of silence and questions
Then the words that sent chills through every one of us…
He said…. Wait! there’s something else here.

The next few seconds felt like eternity.
Then boom! another cry.
Soft, strong, and unbelievably real.

A third baby.
A golden girl.

The scan said two.
Heaven said three.

Tears filled our eyes. Even the machines seemed to hum softly in reverence.
After ten years of barrenness…triplets.
Two girls and one boy.

You could feel the presence of something divine in that room, the kind of miracle that reminds you that medicine has limits, but mercy does not.

The mother lay there in shock, whispering, Three? You mean three?

And the rest of us were trying to blink back tears while pretending to be professionals.

That moment, the operating room became a holy ground.

Because sometimes, God doesn’t just answer prayers, He multiplies them.

To every woman who is still waiting, praying and hoping.
Don’t give up.
Your miracle may be taking its time because it is coming in multiples!

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, and like every meaningful journey, it deserves preparation.
A woman shouldn’t just drift into pregnancy, she should walk into it intentionally.

So much of what we see today, stress, complications, and preventable struggles often comes from a lack of planning. But with the right foundation, everything changes.

Think ahead, Nourish your body, Guard your lifestyle, Prioritize rest, Strengthen your finances, Stay active, Support yourself with the right supplements.

Even in ancient times, women prepared themselves before conceiving. Though their knowledge was limited, the idea still helped. Better milk supply, healthier babies, and stronger emotional readiness.

The message remains timeless!
Prepare for motherhood with purpose. Plan your journey and plan it hand-in-hand with your partner.

Happy weekend!

Understanding Uterine Fibroids Every Woman Should Know This!

Did you know that uterine fibroids (also called leiomyomas) are one of the most common reproductive health conditions affecting women of childbearing age?

They are non-cancerous growths in the uterus that can vary in size, from tiny seeds to large masses that distort the womb.

Common symptoms include:
• Heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding
• Pelvic pain or pressure
• Abdominal swelling
• Frequent urination or constipation
• Difficulty getting pregnant

While some women may not notice any symptoms, others may struggle with discomfort or fertility issues.
The good news? Fibroids are treatable!
Treatment can range from medications to minimally invasive procedures or surgery
depending on the size, location, and desire for future pregnancy.

Health Tip: Regular gynecological checkups help with early detection and better management.
Remember, Your womb health matters!
