📚 Taking on data preparation courses in Excel has been an exciting challenge! Mastering these skills is essential for those diving into data analysis.

🔑 Key Steps in Data Preparation:

Data Cleaning: Removing duplicates, handling missing values, and formatting for consistency.

Data Transformation: Changing data formats, text-to-columns, and using functions like TEXT, TRIM, and PROPER.

Data Validation: Ensuring data accuracy with validation rules and drop-down lists.

Data Consolidation: Combining data from different sources into a unified format.

Data Analysis Basics: Using Pivot Tables, charts, and conditional formatting to get insights.
With determination and the support of Natview Africa, Click-On Kaduna and Instructors, I practiced daily and used hands-on projects to reinforce my skills. Step by step, I became more confident and efficient with Excel's data preparation tools.

A Week to Remember: A Deep Dive into Data Collection

This past week has been a whirlwind of learning and growth. I had the incredible opportunity to join a field data collection trip with reowned data collection champions and A Fellow. It was a truly inspiring experience to witness firsthand the meticulous process of gathering accurate and reliable data. We used ODK Collect to gather vital health data from the Kaduna State Primary Health Sector.

I learned a lot about:

I'm incredibly grateful to the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Program and Natview Africa for providing such valuable opportunities. This fellowship has exceeded my expectations, and I'm excited to see what the future holds. In Addition, I'm excited to see how this data will inform government decisions to improve healthcare in Kaduna State

A period of quiet reflection has led to significant personal and professional growth.
While I’ve been relatively quiet, I’ve diligently expanded my skill set and knowledge base. I’m excited to share that I’ve recently acquired many Certifications from . These new certifications are acquired because of the partnership between the Natview Africa and the DataCamp for Click-On Kaduna fellowship, combined with my existing expertise, will allow me to deliver even more effective and innovative solutions.
I’m eager to apply these newfound capabilities to the Health sector and personal projects.
