Dear Friends,
THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT FAITH AND TRUST
We are writing to formally express our profound gratitude to all the people that stepped out in great faith, trust and commitment to volunteer their time, data and every other thing to serve this movement in various capacities.
We are very grateful and may your lights never dim!
We strongly believe that somewhere along the way, a good opportunity will be available to enable us show appreciation for this altruistic gesture in more beautiful ways.
For now, pls note that not everybody who indicated interest that will be granted an official role to play. But the more beautiful thing is that one does not necessarily need to be in an official position to play an active or even leadership role in the Karji-Maigero road repair movement. Moreover, at this stage of our growth, we can assure you that opportunities for leadership will be more than enough for those of you who are a part of us.
As we go into the flagging off and the awareness phase of all the necessary steps, we’ll enjoin everybody to remain steadfast to the Cause and try not lose any opportunity of inviting other worthy and like-minded individuals in all your circles of influence to continue to support. Remember: we need the numbers and very quickly too.
Meanwhile, remain safe and strong!
Thanks once again.
Signed: Ayock

Breaking News! Breaking News!! Breaking News!!!
As at this morning the 19th July 2020 a few minutes pass 11am, a boy of about 9, 10 and 11 years old was allegedly hit by an un-going vehicle a few meters away from EYN signboard, at unguwan Maigero. The fatal accident left the boy in a state of coma. The boy was rushed to the hospital for medical attention.🙊🙊🙊🙊💔
This has given rise to quick attention to avert further occurrences as speed bumps/ speed breakers should be a feature of the road to reduce speed, hence, prevent further possible accidents.
The on-going project of the Karji-Maigero to Narayi road repair is again a must do. The project is to mitigate and find mutually satisfying solution.
All these can be achieved when you join hands together to give back to the community in ways fit, with you volunteering to support the project.
May God help the boy recover speedily as we put him in our prayers. We would follow on the progress of he's treatment and recovery. And pray for other children as the road is still a trap if solution is not met promptly
Thank all. God bless you
Reality Check By Danielle Humphrey
Perhaps the ultimate goal of the human race is to find or do what makes us happy. Whether it is a rewarding career, starting a family, or even buying the latest gadget, we strive for contentment. This happiness is depicted as the defining feature of our existence. Life seems to be a constant celebration of our achievements. However, it is not often that light is shed on the darker side of life. The road to happiness is not as easy as we make it out to be. The struggles we must overcome on this journey are what define us as humans. Their negativity brings out the worst in us, encouraging us to give in or admit defeat. These strains make happiness seem almost impossible to attain.
This write up summarizes the strains of humanity as a whole, allowing us to relate to those who struggled before us, as well as those who are struggling next to us.
Life is constantly throwing curveballs at us. We as humans struggle through the difficulties of our day-to-day lives, hoping that the end result will be this remarkable happiness we all hope to achieve. While this happiness may appear easy to attain, the struggles of humanity prove that the journey is not so simple. They show what life is really all about.
I hope you enjoy the write up and a reminder to devise ways to be happy.
Thank you all. God bless us all.
We urge you to let each and every one know about this work to the community...we all know it's is the season for rains. It is time to repair the Karji-Maigero to Narayi road. Gbam!!!

Why the general populace should care about Community development and giving back to the community.
After a stint at some of the houses in Karji-Maigero area, road and water are at the forefront of the challenges faced by the growing community.
We do little for ourselves and others especially the younger ones if we fail to recognise these social problems.
Sounding the alarm is the first step towards doing the public social right. And we are all expected to rally support to break through and create real change together.
So these days I am not staying quiet. I am speaking up about a lot of things, even if it makes readers uncomfortable, even if it makes me feel uncomfortable. A lot of this is about racial disparities, abuse of previledges (failure to establish strict control over critical changes and powers), marginalisation of priorities (treating of person, group or concept as insignificant) and institutionalised racism (discrimination in criminal justice, employment, housing, health care, political power, and education, among other issues). All these are not things we are suppose to have in this present time, but to embrace the practice of social justice, public health and safety.
Sadly, we live like we are passersbys in our communities which inadvertently cause us to lose sight of the big picture, that is the daily contextual information where a person lives, grows, works, loves that most importantly determines poor well being.
As general populace in our daily works and commuting we are witnesses to great lack of basic amenities.
All these will not be complete if I do not talk about the carelessness of the people of KARJI-MAIGERO area in Kaduna state. A young growing community, with link to major areas in the city, but lacked the palpable excitement of a modern town or community. The early 2000 was seen as the beginning of a new era for mass relocation and these communities enjoyed the newly constructed YAKOWA road. Unfortunately, these said communities unavoidably neglected the need to collectively push for basic amenities (market area, health service centers, entreprenuership and skill acquisition centers), and the likes.
Our role as advocates for change is not just to talk, but to sound alarm and push for positive change. It's time for us to rise up and collectively speak up about structural inequalities, the wellness and living standards of our people.
In this regard, I urge you all to support the movement so as to achieve victory.
Thank you all and God bless you.
