Hadiza Tugga Yar'adua, and the Permanent Secretary of the Department of Girl Child Education and Child Development, paid a courtesy visit to the Sexual Assault Referral Center (NASIH SARCs) in Katsina. The purpose of the visit was to witness the center's activities and facilities. The visitors were warmly received by the center's manager, Ibrahim Bala Gora, and his team."
