EVERY TIME YOU SLEEP WITH A WOMAN, YOU TRANSFER POWER â WHO'S WINNING?
A Brutal Post About How Careless S*x Is Weakening Men More Than They Realize
Most men donât understand thisâŚ
S*x is not just physical.
Itâs transactional.
Itâs spiritual.
Itâs energetic.
Every time you have s*x, especially as a man â
Something leaves you.
Youâre either building your strength or draining it.
Youâre either transferring power, or receiving poison.
Letâs break it down:
1. S*x Is Energy Exchange â Not Just Pleasure
When you climax as a man, you donât just release semen â
You release life force.
The same drive that builds empires, creates inventions, and conquers nations â
Youâre releasing it into random women you donât even respect.
And you wonder why you feel tired, foggy, unmotivatedâŚ
Check your body count.
2. Not Every Woman Deserves Access to Your Power
Some women carry peace.
Some carry confusion.
Some carry grace.
Others carry destruction.
But when youâre lust-driven, youâll sleep with anything in a skirt â
And wonder why your life is going backward.
S*x doesnât just feel good. It plants seeds.
You might be planting vision into the wrong soil.
3. Women Receive â Men Release
Itâs biological.
She gets filled.
You get emptied.
Thatâs not just about s***m â itâs about power.
The more careless you are with your s*xual energy,
The weaker your focus, your discipline, and your drive becomes.
Youâre draining yourself for free⌠and calling it âenjoyment.â
4. S*xual Discipline Is Masculine Strength
Any man can chase women.
But a real man controls himself.
While others are busy chasing s*x,
Youâre chasing wealth, purpose, legacy, and influence.
Thatâs how kings think.
Your d*ck is not a compass â stop letting it lead your life.
5. You Are Becoming the Women You Sleep With
Yes. Thatâs real.
Youâre exchanging spirits, mindsets, and even emotional baggage.
You may think itâs just a quickie,
But you donât know what demons sheâs carrying.
Now youâre battling depress

*Special Tips for Senior Citizens 40/50/60 years :*
*First Tip:* Drink water all the time even if you are not thirsty or need it, most of the health problems and most of them are caused by lack of water in the body. At least 2 liters per day.
*Second Tip:* Do as much work as you can, there should be movement of the body.. like walking, swimming, or any kind of sport.
*Third Tip:* Eat less.. stop craving for more food... because it never leads to good. Don't deprive yourself, but reduce the quantity. Use more protein, carbohydrate rich foods.
*Fourth Tip:* Don't use vehicle unless it is absolutely necessary. If you are going anywhere to get groceries, meet someone, or do any work, try to walk on your feet. Climb stairs instead of using elevators, escalators.
*Fifth Tip:* Leave anger, stop worrying, try to ignore things. Do not involve yourself in troublesome situations. They all spoil health and take away the glory of the soul. Talk to positive people and listen to them.
*Sixth Tip:* First of all, leave the attachment of money. Connect with people around you, laugh and talk! Money is made for survival, life is not made for money.
*Seventh Note:* Do not feel sorry for yourself, or about something you could not achieve, or about something you cannot support. Ignore it and forget it.
*Eighth Tip:* We
đĽ THE DARK SIDE OF FEMALE SEDUCTION â MEN, STAY WOKE! đĽ
Some men think theyâre in control, but in reality, theyâre just pieces in a game they donât even understand.
Some women donât fight you physicallyâthey fight you mentally.
They donât overpower you with strengthâthey use your own desires against you.
And before you even realize whatâs happening, youâve lost your peace, your money, your focus⌠and even your future.
Men, WAKE UP before itâs too late! đđ
1ď¸âŁ NOT EVERY WOMAN IS A LOVER â SOME ARE HUNTERS
A woman who truly loves you wants to build with you.
A woman who only wants to take from you is a predator.
â She smiles at you, but sheâs calculating your weaknesses.
â She calls you âbaby,â but sheâs thinking about your money.
â She acts like sheâs in love, but sheâs waiting for the right moment to strike.
Some women donât love youâthey study you.
They know what makes you weak and use it against you.
If you donât wake up, youâll wake up one day with nothing left.
2ď¸âŁ SOME WOMEN DONâT WANT YOU â THEY WANT CONTROL OVER YOU
â She wonât fight you openly, sheâll control you silently.
â She wonât demand your money, sheâll make you offer it willingly.
â She wonât force you to do things, sheâll make you desperate for her approval.
And once she gets what she wants, you become useless to her.
Look aroundâhow many men have been reduced to nothing because of the wrong woman?
How many kings have fallen? How many rich men became poor?
Men who were once respected became shadows of themselves⌠just because of a woman.
Donât let yourself be the next victim.
3ď¸âŁ S*X IS HER BAIT â YOUR LIFE IS THE TARGET
A woman who has nothing to offer you except s*x is not a blessing.
She doesnât want your loveâshe wants your time, your focus, your money, and your future.
And what does she offer in return? Temporary pleasure that leaves you weaker every time.
A man who thinks with his lower body will always end up under a womanâs control.
A man who has no discipline will alwa

A LEGACY WRITTEN IN BLOOD 𩸠AND BROTHERHOOD
On July 29, 1966, six months after Nigeriaâs first coupâled by brave yet overzealous young officer -Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu.
Another bloody military takeover shook the nation.
This time,
it was the northern faction of the Nigerian Army striking back.
Their primary target?
General Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi, Nigeriaâs first Military Head of State.
A FRIENDSHIP TESTED IN FIREđĽ
General Ironsi had entrusted his friend and colleague, Lt. Col. Francis Adekunle Fajuyi,
with the role of Governor of the Western Region. âa position Fajuyi earned through discipline, commitment, and unwavering loyalty.
But on that fateful day in Ibadan, loyalty would be tested in the most brutal way.
A young northern officer T.Y Danjuma (a captain in the Nigerian army), who was supposed to be Fajuyiâs aide and protector let him down.
Instead of safeguarding his boss, he led a troop of soldiers from his region to capture Ironsi.
Perhaps, blinded by ambition or fear daya chikin
Biun, the young officer sought to prove his allegiance to the coup plotters (Northern Officers).
But did he truly understand that those using him questioned his faith, his beliefs, and his very identity? đ¤ (A topic for another day!)
MOMENT OF CHOICE âď¸
As the soldiers stormed in, it became clear: Ironsi was the target.
The young officer, torn between duty and betrayal, gave Fajuyi two options:
1ď¸âŁ Step aside and let them take Ironsi.
2ď¸âŁ Stand with Ironsiâand share his fate.
đĽ Fajuyi chose the second option.
His aide, thinking he was joking, tried to push him away, urging him to save himself. But Fajuyi stood firm.
He knew that if he let them take Ironsi while he remained free, the world would believe he was part of the conspiracy.
đŹ âIf you take him without me, I will have nothing to tell the world after the incident. No one will believe I had no part in this.â
Without hesitation, he entered the car willingly.

From âŚ20 to Destiny: How General Useni Opened the Door to My Future - A Tribute
I arrived in Abuja with my friend Jeff Okoli at about 8 p.m. on the last night of NYSC registration. We arrived at Kubwa camp for registration barely two hours before closing time. With just âŚ20 in my pocketâmy last card, as they sayâI stepped into Kubwa camp with a cloud of uncertainty about how I would survive. I looked around the NYSC camp and decided there was no going back. This was my dream, and I had made it this far.
I arrived in Abuja, my dream NYSC location (I was posted to Abuja without any man know man) full of hope. My hope was to be a public servant, and my ambition was to retire as a Permanent Secretary. Fueled by this ambition, I started inquiring about how to join the public service. I learnt that Gen Abacha, then Head of State, had placed an embargo on employment. Undeterred, I made further enquiries and learnt of a small window; the NYSC Award led to automatic employment.
I became obsessed with the goal. If the NYSC Award was the only guaranteed way into public service, I would earn it. There were no shortcuts, no favoursâjust sheer determination.
I launched my personal Community Development Service (CDS) project, the Campaign for Exam Ethics. I mobilised my fellow Corps members, and together, we went from school to school, speaking against exam malpractice, staging plays, and instilling a culture of integrity in young minds.
There were no weekend getaways and no time for travel. While others left Abuja to visit home, I stayed back, laser-focused. I did not miss a single day of my CDS work.
I wrote letters to many agencies to sponsor a conference on examination ethics and received numerous rejections. I persisted. Some days, exhaustion gnawed at me. The Abuja sun was unforgiving, and transport costs for my drama crew and me were a constant challenge. But every morning, I rose, dusted myself off, and marched to yet another school, determined to spread the message
