Recipe #1: Warm Milk
30 minutes before bedtime, drink a cup of warm milk with a spoonful of honey. It's an effective remedy for insomnia.
The tryptophan in milk has soporific properties that help you fall asleep. It helps the body produce serotonin, the sleep hormone. Drinking warm milk may also help reduce nighttime awakenings.
Recipe #2: Onion
Onions naturally contain L-tryptophan, an amino acid with sedative properties.
Cut a fresh onion into 2 halves and simply sniff them 10 to 15 times just before bedtime and it will help you sleep like a baby!
Recipe #3: Soursop Leaves
Boil 6 soursop leaves in 1 liter of water for 20 minutes and drink 3 times a day. 1 glass each in the morning, afternoon, and night for 15 days consistently.
