MEET THE PHENOMENAL CONTORTIONIST BARBARA HILLS , Dazzled us with her presence during an interview we had with her on her story so far.
Barbara is a 23 year old Contortionist from Enugu State, who started Contortion in 2017 as she has always wanted to be different . According to her, āMost people donāt understand what Iām doing, Some think I got possessed by snakeā. She also said she usually gets comments like this!
According to Barbara, āContortion doesnāt necessarily have health benefits but being flexible does, so Contortion takes it to the Next levelā.
She also said getting the right wears with the materials has not been easy as some , she has had had some wardrobe malfunctions whilst performing!.
She recommended stretchy clothes or sports wears for contortion!
Barbara is looking to Hold a class in the near future as she taught people in the past but not on a large scale.
According to Barbara āContortion is teachable and it mainly involves practice.
