You can tell today whether or not you’re pleasing the Lord; the question you need to answer is, “Are you walking by faith or by sensory perceptions?”

How do you please God? The way to please God is walking by faith, for the Bible says, “Without faith, it’s impossible to please God”

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐅 𝐈'𝐌 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐀𝐓 𝐅𝐀𝐔𝐋𝐓?

🔴Even when you think you’re not the one at fault, it makes no difference; put the matter to rest.

🔴Do what the Word says. Don’t insist on your own way.

🔴The Bible says to rather allow yourself to be defrauded (1 Corinthians 6:7) than to hold a grudge against your brother or sister in the Lord.

— Let your Christianity be genuine.

— Practise the word in everything.

— Remember, you are an offspring of God.

🔴A minister once told a story of two women in his church who were quarrelling for a long time.

⭐One of them had a goitre for several years, and in spite of his prayers for her, it wouldn’t heal.

⭐The second woman couldn’t receive the Holy Spirit; she just couldn’t speak in other tongues, even though he had prayed for her several times to receive the Holy Spirit.

⭐One Sunday morning, while he was sitting on the platform during the service, one of them arrived and found a seat, but soon as she noticed the very next seat was occupied by the other lady, she stood up to change her seat.

⭐At that point, the Pastor flounced off the platform to meet them, and said to them, “I’m not having any more of this; you either get together as sisters, or get out!”

⭐Suddenly, both women broke into tears and began to apologise to each other.

⭐Both of them were ready to take the blame, as they cried and hugged each other.

⭐Right there, before their eyes, the goitre disappeared, and the other woman was filled with the Spirit and speaking in tongues.

🔴Evidently, those grudges had prevented the manifestations of these blessings in their lives for years, without them realizing it.

🔴All they needed to do was to admit their faults to each other. That’s what we read in the Bible.

📖 James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another….

— It means admitting your faults; refusing to keep a grudge.



🔴𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔🙏

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄'𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐍'𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑

🔴There's no hopeless situation that we can't change through prayer.

📖James 5:16 AMP “... The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available dynamic in its working].”

🔴Our prayers are not empty.

🔴Think about Paul and Silas for a moment. They were captured, beaten, and thrown into a dungeon with their feet clamped in stocks. But the Bible records in Acts 16:25-26 that: "..at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed."

— Two men prayed and sang praises to God, and there was an earthquake!

— How loud could they have been singing for their voices to have caused an earthquake and broken off all the prisoners' chains? It lets you know that it certainly wasn't the volume of their singing; it was the power of their prayer!

🔴There's nothing you can't change through prayer.

🔴Make prayer a major feature in your life and a major part of your daily routine.

🔴Prayer will strengthen you and help you maintain focus even in the face of the toughest temptations and persecutions.

📖Ephesians 6:18 AMPC Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).

📖Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

🔴Luke 18:1 says, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint

🔴𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔🙏

New thinking brings about new ideas. Think big, that’s the way you ought to think. Think of becoming influential, think of changing the world, think “global.” Change your generation, you can, and you will!

Sometimes, what might be hindering some people’s miracle isn’t the lack of prayer but their attitude. Perhaps they’re harbouring resentment, bitterness, or they’re refusing to walk in love. God pays attention to how you treat your brothers and sisters in Christ. Be warm and loving to everyone. There should never be any person that you don’t like.
