Friendship is meant to be a safe space where love flows, support grows, and truth is shared in love.

When you constantly feel belittled, betrayed, emotionally manipulated, or guilt-tripped — that’s no longer friendship.
That’s emotional toxicity.

I stayed too long in certain friendships because:

“We’ve known each other for years.”

“I don’t want to look like the bad one.”

“Maybe I’m just overthinking.”

But deep down, I knew…
