Consistency isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up even when you don’t feel like it.
Procrastination whispers, “Later.” But consistency says, “Now, even if it’s small.”
You don’t need to do it all at once. Start with 10 minutes, one task, one habit. Do it scared. Do it tired. Just don’t stop.
That’s how you grow.
That’s how results come.
That’s how dreams are built. 💪🏽✨

Some people wait for the perfect moment. Others walk into a coffee shop, grab a cup, and create it. ☕✨
There’s something about fresh coffee, a sharp outfit, and a full heart that just feels like power in motion.
Today, I choose growth, grace, and bold moves — one sip and one goal at a time.
What are you choosing today?

"Dear woman, don't just pray for a supportive man rather build yourself into a woman who brings something to the table too.✨
There’s power in having your own, earning your own, and growing on your own terms.
Independence is not rebellion, it’s preparation.
Be soft, be kind, be loving, but never be dependent.
Make more, do more, and know your worth. 💛

Title: TORN BETWEEN TWO HOMES
Episode 1: The Double Life
By Author Presh
“You forgot your ring again.”
Amaka’s voice was calm, but it carried weight. The kind that made your chest tight and your words dry up.
I turned, trying to act casual. “Did I?”
Immediately she held it out in her palm like it was evidence in a trial. “Bathroom sink. Same spot as yesterday… and the day before.”
I didn’t reach for it. I just stood there, my keys already in hand, pretending not to see the hurt buried in her eyes.
“You don’t talk anymore, David. You barely sleep here. You come and go like a tenant.”
I exhaled. “Amaka, please. Not this morning.”
“Right. Because every morning is suddenly the wrong one.”
***
I didn’t even remember how I drove to Surulere. My mind was too busy chasing the woman I was about to see. Not my wife.
Zara.
I met her eight months ago. She was a patient’s relative sitting quietly in the hospital hallway where I worked. She wasn’t loud or attention-seeking. But something about the way she held herself… worn down, yet still proud, caught my eye.
A single mum. Her son, Tife, was all she had.
I later found out she cleaned offices during the day and worked nights at a buka just to keep him fed and in school. Her beautiful features, or should I emphasize more on her succulent body is enough to draw any man's attention.
We started talking. I helped once, then twice, then every week. I told myself it was charity. But deep down, I knew I craved her company. Her gratitude. Her eyes that saw me as more than a failing husband and a distant father.
When I arrived at her place that morning, Tife ran into my arms like clockwork.
“Uncle David! Did you bring me the maths book?”
“Of course,” I smiled, handing over the cookies I bought for him.
Zara stepped out slowly, wiping her hands on her wrapper. Her hair was loosely tied, her face free of makeup, though she didn’t need it.
“I wasn't expecting you this early. Why didn't you report to work today? did you take off duty today?” she asked.
“I came here because I want to know how you are doing, I have you in throughout the night. Meanwhile you don't look happy....." I was still talking before she caught me off.
She folded her arms. “David… we need to talk.”
At the moment my heartbeat stopped, what could be the issue? I swallowed very hard, feeling the weight of those words settle in the air between us.
Don’t miss Episode 2!

MARRIAGE ISN’T MAGIC, IT’S WORK.
🌿💍
Some days, you’ll laugh together.
Other days, you’ll fight and wonder if love is enough.
But real marriage isn’t about perfection — it’s about patience.
Patience when your partner is growing.
Patience when communication fails.
Patience when life feels too heavy.
It’s easy to give up.
But strength is in holding on…
Choosing each other again and again — even when it’s hard.
Because love that lasts isn’t found.
It’s built.
💛 Choose patience.
💛 Choose grace.
