Its been a while , hope everyone is doing good this beautiful month of February ?

How it came in versus how its going back to its lovely owner 👯, it came with a lot of issues and so I had to treat, amend and revamp the wig so it can be used again.
No old wig is really old, all it needs is a little touch, send in your old wigs to let's help you spring back life to it.

It is okay to wear a wig every day as long as you are taking care of the hair underneath the wig.
Be sure to routinely wash both the wig and your own hair in order to avoid dirt buildup.
That said, wearing the same wig every single day will eventually put a strain ( force ) on the wig.

The most important guideline is to use products that has been specifically formulated for use on synthetic / fibre wigs and hairpieces. Even the most mild and gentle products intended for human hair will eventually dull the fibres of a synthetic wig. Hairspray for human hair is especially damaging to a synthetic / fibre wig, and it can actually deteriorate the fibres. It is important to use combs and brushes that are designed for use on synthetic wigs, or if using a regular hairbrush or comb, be sure it has the rubber "tips" at the end of each brush bristle or tooth of the comb. This will prevent the fibres from splitting, and keep the wig from looking fuzzy and dull before its time.

Occasionally, a wig may tangle or knot up at the nape (back of the neck). This is caused by the hair rubbing the back and shoulders and is called 'Friction Rub' - The thinner the hair, or if the hair is around shoulder length, the more likelihood there is that it will matt.

How to help prevent this:

Brush the wig on a regular basis and you may use a small amount of leave in conditioner to prevent dry hair and tangling as the piece receive natural oils from the head. Also, store on a wig stand overnight. Sadly though friction rub can be a common occurrence in fibre wigs.
