3 MISTAKES YOU MUST NEVER MAKE AGAIN NEXT TIME YOU VISIT A (BARBING) SALON
( #3 will shock you!)

#1. Not Frying your Clipper or Sharps:

The outbreak of HIV-AIDs in early 2000s created a lot of awareness on healthy salon practice. It triggers lot of men to acquire personal Clippers and women embrace personal salon objects and materials like sharps and pins.

As fantastic as that practice sounds, salon wellness doesn't end there. There's still need to take care of those personal Clippers and Sharps, to avoid the same danger of the one-for-all gears you have always avoided in the salons. Infectious agents can grow on unused Clippers and Sharps to feed on oils and lubricants applied on them especially when left for many days. This may provide a gateway for potential infections when used untreated.

Solution: the next time you visit a Salon, asked that your Clipper be burnt with open flames before use ( it takes less than a minute with a lighter or 2 match stick). This becomes necessary in any case and extremely necessary if you are using a public tools.
(Secret: No organisms, virus or bacteria or fungi can survive open flame.)

#2. Not Minding Hair Brush and Combs:

While this may not be highly consequential as others; sharing a brush or comb with others has opened floodgates of skin and hair infections to a lot of people.

Dandruffs, ezcema, folliculitis (bump) ring worm and several other fungal infections can find their ways into your hair prompting unnecessary expenses that could be avoided

Solution: Average man have at least a personal or family brush; go with your brush or insist on spraying the brush with spirit before use next time you visit a Salon.

#3. Sharing Salon (Barbing) Wears:

A survey carried out recently among men revealed that just 2 out 10 men have personal barbing wears. The statistics was near to nothing among women

Just imagine this! Is it not funny that what you would never do among your family circles is unconsciously a common practice when you visit a Salon? Sharing a cloth with hundreds of people in your community which you know little or practically nothing about their health status!
It seems that process occurs too quickly before we ever realize (if we ever do) that we are using the same cloth that Ajayi, Musa, Bola, Tina, Chinedu, Godwin ... (very good people though) have used just minutes before ( without washing or disinfection).

Beside the potential ability of these Barbing clothes to abhor various uncalculable infectious agents ranging from bacteria to virus and fungi, most of them are sometimes visibly dirty and wetted with sweats, (at worse sometimes) oozing with indescribable mixture of odours.

Some Salons are very magnanimous by providing handful of copies as much as possible which allow them for selection, but that effort yields little success when many customers are on cue.

Our survey reveals that average Barber have just two (2) Barbing Wears which they share among their population of customers indiscriminately. Some with multiple (up to 6 or 8) Barbing Wears have large turnout that the advantage cannot be a worthy recommendation.

Solution: get a person barbing gear (wear) before your next Salon care. This is extremely important at this season of pandemic
