BUSINESS IDEAS FUNDAMENTAL.
How to get new business ideas:
Many people want to start a business, but don't know where to start or what might be a good business to get into.
This tutorial has a number of strategies to help you come up with a business idea that is right for you.
Keep in mind, ideas that may work for one person may not be suitable for others.
Success depends highly on the skills , Strength, motivation, ambitions, hard work, abilities of the entrepreneur, and a number of other factors.
KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS:
It is wise to first think about your personal and professional strengths.
Are you an engineer who can build high quality technical products? Are you good at sales? Are you well connected? Are you patient? Are you less patient than others? Are you a leader, or do you feel that you can be a great leader? Do you have a high moral and ethical I.Q? Whatever your strength are, whenever you think about what kind of business are right for you, try to align your strengths that your unique background can give your venture the most competitive edge.
Conversely, try to minimize your weaknesses. for example, if you're not technical, do not rush into businesses that require a lot of technical aptitude and skills. That does not mean you should be discouraged. It just means you should think through it a bit thoroughly.
Additionally, many businesses require substantial upfront capital. If you are not wealthy, and are not able to raise high amount of capital, those businesses may not be best for you to start with. You can be successful with them eventually, but it may benefit you to consider how you can into them out of something that is financially feasible for you to start with.
The great news is that everyone has strengths, so everyone can find a nich where they can give their business a competitive advantage. If you play to your strength, you can give yourself a higher chance to ultimately succeed. I am cheering for you!
DIFFERENT TYPES OF IDEAS:
Some ideas are easier to build and some are harder. Some have bigger risk and reward, while other ideas have less.
In this tutorial, I will be unleashing the difference between traditional business ideas, innovative ideas and hybrid business ideas, so you can understand which might be right for you.
For you to benefit from these business ideas tutorial, all you need is to follow my page Osymaco business ideas, like my post, comment and share so that others can benefit as well.

FINANCE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
TOPIC: YOUR SALARY IS NOT YOUR WEALTH; SHIFT FROM SPENDING TO PLANTING...
Listen, your salary is not your wealth. It is only the beginning, not the destination. Your income is not the evidence of success, it is the raw material of potential wealth. What makes the difference is not how much you earn, but how wisely you multiply what you earn. Your salary is a seed, not a harvest. When a farmer is given a bag of seeds, he doesn’t dance through the village, eating the seeds in celebration. No, he walks to the soil and plants them. He knows that the seed is not the blessing; what he does with the seed is what brings the blessing. Likewise, your salary is a seed. If all you do is spend it on liabilities, bills, fashion, and trends, you are eating your future in the present. But if you plant that seed through investment, wise, patient, calculated investment, your future will feed generations. Don't forget that you don’t build wealth by spending; you build it by planting.” The consumer mindset asks, “What can I buy with this money?” The investor’s mindset asks, “How can this money work for me?” Consumers chase lifestyle. Investors chase freedom. Consumers are impressed by what looks expensive. Investors are impressed by what grows value. Do not be deceived by temporary glamor. A shiny car that drains your salary is not an asset; it’s a liability on wheels. True wealth is silent. It doesn’t always wear gold or flash luxury. It is measured in assets, equity, cash flow, and ownership, not shoes, phones, or fashion. Expenses will drain you, but investments will sustain you. Expenses take money out of your pocket. Investments bring money back.
You might ask: “Where do I invest? How do I start?” Invest in knowledge. Before any other investment, build your mind. Read books. Attend seminars. Take online courses. A wise mind makes wise decisions. Invest in assets. Land, real estate, shares, mutual funds, agricultural ventures, digital assets, look for platforms that grow your money. Invest in side hustles. Use part of your income to build other income streams. Salary is good, but one source of income is a dangerous game. Invest in relationships. Build a network of smart people. Connect with mentors and growth-minded friends. Your net worth is tied to your network. Invest in yourself. Learn skills that increase your value. The more valuable you are, the higher your income-earning potential. Don't forget that investment is not for the rich; it’s how people become rich. You don't need to wait till you have millions. Start small, stay consistent, and compound the results. You cannot eat your cake and expect to have it tomorrow. Wealth is built through discipline, not desire. It is okay to delay some pleasures today for greater peace tomorrow. Your job gives you a salary. Your investments give you freedom. And freedom is the ultimate wealth. The freedom to wake up and spend time with your children. The freedom to travel, to rest, to give generously, and to serve God and humanity without fear of bills. That’s not fantasy. That is your future, if you shift your mindset.
The future is built, not wished for. You either spend your life building someone else's dream or you use your income to build your own. Don’t die working. Die winning. Let your salary be the beginning of your rise, not the prison of your routine. Be wise. Be patient. Be deliberate. Stop spending. Start planting. Because your salary is not your wealth, your investment is.
*So focus on your investment rather than spending to impress some people!

HOW TO PRESERVE ZOBO DRINK WITHOUT REFRIGERATOR (1 month shelf life)
Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus leaves (zobo leaves)
- 1 large pineapple (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 thumb-sized ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1-2 cloves (optional)
- 5-6 cups water
- 1-2 cups sugar (to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons pineapple flavoring (optional)
- Fresh fruits for garnish (e.g., pineapple slices, orange slices)
Preservation
-1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/3 cup warm water
Instructions
- Thoroughly rinse the dried hibiscus leaves to remove any dirt or impurities.
- In a large pot, add the hibiscus leaves, pineapple chunks, grated ginger, and cloves (if using).
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes, or until the liquid turns a deep red color.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl to remove the solids.
- While the drink is still warm, add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
- If using pineapple flavoring, add it at this stage and mix well
Add bicarbonate of soda in water dissolve it properly and to your Zobo drink, bottle it while still warm .
Keep outside the refrigerator it can last for a month without refrigerator.

What Education Cannot Teach You!
"The education system teaches people how to work for money, not how to make money work for them."
7 lessons from Why 'A' Students Work for 'C' Students and 'B' Students Work for the Government: Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Education for Parents by Robert T. Kiyosaki's:
1. The Education System's Limitations
Kiyosaki argues that the traditional education system primarily prepares students to become employees rather than entrepreneurs. He believes that it emphasizes rote learning and memorization over critical thinking and financial literacy.
2. Financial Education is Essential
The book stresses the importance of financial education for children. Kiyosaki encourages parents to teach their kids about money management, investing, and the principles of wealth creation to prepare them for financial independence.
3. Different Types of Income
Kiyosaki introduces the concept of various income types: earned income, passive income, and portfolio income. Understanding these distinctions helps individuals make informed decisions about how to generate wealth.
4. The Importance of Entrepreneurship
The author highlights that many successful individuals are not necessarily top students but rather those who embrace entrepreneurial thinking. Encouraging children to think creatively and take risks can lead to greater financial success.
5. Mindset Matters
Kiyosaki emphasizes the significance of mindset in achieving financial success. A positive attitude towards money, risk-taking, and learning from failures can greatly influence one's financial journey.
6. Investing in Assets
The book advocates for investing in assets that generate income rather than liabilities that drain resources. Kiyosaki encourages readers to focus on building a portfolio of income-generating assets.
7. Learning from Mistakes
Kiyosaki believes that making mistakes is a crucial part of the learning process. He encourages parents to allow their children to experience setbacks and learn from them, as this fosters resilience and adaptability.
These lessons provide valuable insights into the importance of financial education and entrepreneurial thinking, equipping parents with tools to prepare their children for a successful financial future.
