This years birthday is a double celebration with my birthday and marriage anniversary just around the corner, and I can’t help but feel extra blessed this year! 🎉💖 Celebrating another trip around the sun and another year of love with the one who makes life so beautiful. Is it just me that gets hyped for my loved ones birthday than mine. I just want to lay in bed and relax with no drama but does not feel like that anymore like just another birthday,I’m so thankful for every moment we’ve shared and can’t wait to create even more memories together. Happy Sunday, Diamonds 💎! We all know the saying, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself,” but let's be real – how often do we put others first and forget about our own needs? I used to be that person who couldn’t say no, even when I was drained, unhappy, or not feeling it 😑 just to keep others happy. I made my happiness depend on theirs. But at some point, I realized it’s time to focus on ME. It doesn’t mean I don’t care about others, but I’ve learned that self-care is key. Putting yourself first means true happiness, self-love every day, investing in relationships where the energy is mutual, not forcing yourself into friendships and relationships that drain you,staying hydrated, and most importantly,eating healthier! 💪 NB:you can start from healthier meals and try my smoothie recipes 😍🥰 Etukudoh Joy
