I honestly donโt like the single story the media are spreading about Covid 19๐๐ฟ
My condolences to anyone that may have lost someone due to Covid complications ๐๐ผ
I have heard and personally met people who had the virus and recovered at home with little or no health issues .
Why are we not seeing videos of thousands of people whose natural immune system fought the virus and won????

What do you do with your anger?
Anger is a natural and normal emotion.
Babies get furious, express their fury, and then it's over.
Many of us have learned that it's not nice, polite, or acceptable to be angry.
We learn to swallow our angry feelings.
They settle in our bodies, in the joints and muscles, and then they accumulate and become resentment.
Layer upon layer of buried anger turned into resentment can contribute to dis-eases such as arthritis, assorted aches and pains, and even cancer.
We need to acknowledge all our emotions, including anger, and find positive ways to express these feelings.
We don't have to hit people or dump on them, yet we can say simply and clearly," This makes me angry or "I'm angry about what you did."
If it's not appropriate to say this, we still have many options:
We can scream into a pillow, hit a punching bag, run, yell in the car with the windows rolled up, play tennis, or any number of other things.
These are all healthy outlets.
