How to make coconut oil for your hair and skin...

1 split the coconuts with sharp cleaver (3 coconuts or more depending on how much oil u want to extract)

2. Scrape the meat of the coconut from the shell.

3.cut the coconut meat into small pieces

4. Place the pieces in a blender

5. Turn on the blender to a medium speed and blend ( you can add water to help blend well)

6. Pour in a sieve to seperate the coconut milk from the chaff..then press with your hands to squeeze out the last drop.

* you can grind the chaff a second time to get more coconut milk*

7. Use a sieve with a finer mesh to remove the tiniest particles from the coconut milk.

8. When done, cover the bowl of coconut milk, leave for a day 24hrs

9. The next day, when you get you see that the coconut oil has seperated from the water, and caked beautifully ontop of the bowl.

10. Take the caked white coconut oil and place in a clean dry stainless steal or frying pan.

11. Cook on low heat.

12. Keep an eye on the pot and stir from time to time

13. You will see that it has started melting into oil

14. Set the pot aside, so the coconut oil can cool down to a comfortable temperature

15. Pour in a container

And thats it, your coconut oil is ready for use, or for sale...

1 pawpaw
1 mould of Ghana black soap
6 carrots
1 lemon
5 spoons of honey.
Baking powder

Procedures

1. Chop ur carrots, cucumber, pawpaw, blend with a blender

2. Seive it and extract the juice, the watet, please do not add water, only tge juice extracted from the fruits blended

3. Put Ghana black soap in a motal

4. Extract the lemon juice and add it.

5. Add the cucumber, carrot and pawpaw juice you extracted

6. Add your honey and baking powder

Mix it properly with your hand or pestle
Pour in a container
Ready to use....
