How to Prepare Broccoli:

(1)Clean the head of broccoli in clean water before you cook it.
(2)Cut: Cut the small flower parts (florets) away from the thick main stem.
(3)Save the stem: Peel the tough outer skin off the stem with a knife or p*eler.
(4)Chop the soft inside part into small pieces to cook.
