In accordance with the Constitution of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) and following due approval by the appropriate authorities, the general public is hereby notified that the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Lekki Eti Osa Sub-Branch has been elevated to the status of a Full Branch.
This approval takes effect from January 2026.
Pursuant to this development and in line with constitutional provisions, the following leadership designations shall apply with effect from January 2026:
• The office formerly known as Chairman shall henceforth be designated as President
• The office formerly known as Vice Chairman shall henceforth be designated as Vice President
This upgrade affirms the growth, structure, and administrative maturity of the UPU Lekki Eti Osa Branch.
All Urhobo sons and daughters, both at home and in the diaspora, who are willing to be duly registered members of the UPU Lekki Eti Osa Branch are hereby invited to indicate their interest.
