Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar....

A lot of people are suffering from what they ought not to because of the reports they listened to. Hezekiah failed to listen to the king of Assyria's message,but he spread them to God.

People are depressed because they chose to believe what someone said to or about them. Jeremiah in 1 kings chapter 19 let the words of Jezebel get to him and was depressed if not for divine intervention.

Who's report do you believe,is it God's or doctor?

Doctor says there's an incurable disease in your body but God said and is still saying in
Isaiah 33:24a And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick..., sickness is not for you, don't accept it!

Who's voice are you listen to,is it the one that says your can't or the one that says in Philippians 4:13 "that you can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth you".

have you been reading letters that contain only bad content and wearie's your soul?

Have you been suffering from low self esteem because of how people see or react to you?

Have you been burying under the heavy burden of your sin?

Do not listen to the devil's voice,the devil may bring mirage to you,do not believe him.

Do not listen to the voice of the society.
the Bible says in James 4:7 (KJV) "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you".

Say this with confidence,in my life let God be true and the every men be a liar.
Men may say it's impossible but with God all things are possible.

This are what God says;
He cares for you(1 Peter 5:7, Matthew 10:29 - 31)
you are peculiar (1 Peter 2:9)
He knows you and have a purpose for you(Jeremiah 1:5)
He will deliver you(Isaiah 49:24 - 25)

Charity is a trait that must show in the life of anyone that have God in them. It's an action propel by love.

I always imagine how happy the earth will be if we all cultivate the act of giving willfully. Giving at times may not be in terms of money,it can be your wisdom, your word of comfort, your advice, your contribution, your visitation or your prayers even your talents.

Someone around you needs your help,
Someone around you needs someone to comfort them,someone to care, someone to love, someone to believe in them, someone to trust.

Briefly let look into one of the must rampant strategy the devil is using nowadays which is DEPRESSION.

Depression is now becoming norm amidst us nowadays that it's irrespective of age and status. Even teens are now victims of depression which is so disheartening, imagine a 17 year old individual falling into depression. Depression is a result of overthinking : when you worry too much, something is always running through you mind that even to sleep you have to think.
overstressed : you may have a very demanding work or responsibility to carry out.
uncertainty about one's life: maybe you haven't even found your purpose or you've found it and everything you are doing seems to be going the opposite way,
unable to reach a certain goal either academically, financially,maritally and so on.

Lost or losing something or something dear to you,fear of the unknown,low self esteem and lot more can lead to depression.

How can you deal with depression?

1. Talk to God in prayer
2. Instead of being sad or thinking you can talk to a friend you trust
3. Sing songs.
4. Always be with those that cause you to smile.
5. You can read book or do other things you're interested in.
6. Exercising or dancing can also do a lot.
I understand if you're depressed you may want to be alone but please try not to, the devil will always find work for you if he knows you are not busy.

Also shun every evil thoughts from the devil with the word of God.

Remember, su***de will not end it all, it pave way for eternity in hell.
