🛁 Tips for Body Care – Stay Clean and Healthy!

1. Bathing
• Take a shower or bath every day to keep your body clean.
• Use soap and clean water to wash your whole body, including private areas.

2. Hair Care
• Wash your hair regularly to prevent dirt and dandruff.
• Comb or brush your hair to keep it neat.

3. Oral Care
• Brush your teeth twice a day.
• Floss if possible to remove food stuck between teeth.
• This helps prevent cavities and bad breath.

4. Hand & Nail Care
• Wash your hands before eating and after using the toilet.
• Keep fingernails and toenails clean and trimmed.

5. Clothing & Footwear
• Wear clean clothes and underwear daily.
• Change socks daily and wear comfortable shoes.

6. Skin Care
• Wash your face morning and night.
• If your skin is oily or prone to pimples, clean gently and avoid harsh scrubbing.

7. Healthy Habits
• Drink clean water and eat healthy foods.
• Get enough sleep and exercise to keep your body strong.

Today, we are here to talk to our boys — the leaders of tomorrow.
Many young boys are being pushed into early s*x by friends, curiosity, or what they see on social media.
But the truth is, early s*x can destroy your health, your goals, and your future.

Early s*x can lead to diseases, unwanted pregnancies, emotional pain, and loss of focus in school.
Real boys do not give in to pressure — they respect themselves and others.
True strength is not in doing what everyone else does; it is in doing what is right.

At Mawuko, we teach that good hygiene, self-control, and discipline make a boy proud and confident.
We want every boy to grow up healthy, wise, and focused on education and success.

To all boys: your body is special — protect it.
To all parents and teachers: please talk openly with your boys. Guide them with love, not fear.

Let’s raise boys who respect their bodies, their goals, and the girls around them.
When we teach our boys right, we build a safer and stronger community.
