Faye’s Place is a home service/ mobile hair salon and community, which caters to the treatment, maintenance, nurturing, reloc’ing (dreads) and styling of hair of all textures.

We also create organic hair products and accessories to help you through your journey of loving your hair which in turn evolves into loving yourself.

In realizing our mission, we strive to have a spirit of Excellence in every part of our business, consistency in delivering results to our clients; innovation in the techniques and product selection used while never compromising our Integrity in serving our clients.

Faye’s Place is back open for business! If you don’t know, we were birthed in a tiny dorm room in Johannesburg by Ife Omai who turned her passion and craft into a small business.

We took Faye’s place to Melbourne, and We can’t put into words how making all the amazing men and women was such an experience 💜

Now that we are now in Lagos, it has been a little tricky. If you know Lagos then you know how tasking setting up operation can be 😩

My family in diaspora, stick with us! There’s still magic to create 🪄

But as Mark Twain said “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” So this is to us doing what we love best 💇🏾‍♀️

My love for hair and beauty has always been there, but it really started to get noticed and valued when I went to uni. I was encouraged to monetize my skills and passion, which I did, and before I knew it, I had amazing people from all corners of the campus trust me with their hair.

It has progressed massively from my little dorm in Uni, but I was and still am very honored for any client who gets to sit in my chair. It will always be my duty to make sure everyone leaves 'Faye's Place' feeling and looking better than they came in.
