Sponge cake recipe.
3 eggs
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1/3 cup of sugar
70g of flour is equivalent to 1/2 cups of flour + 2 tbs of flour.
1tbs of corn starch
Pinch of salt for the yolk
2tbs of vegetable oil
1bs of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla
Bake for 30 minutes.
Bulk cooking day. I cooked vegetable soup, stew and ogbono.
Soaking garri for the first time in 2 years, and i must confess it’s still a life saver😁
