A Historic and Unforgettable 4th Edition of 2025 Christmas Carol @ CDSSM

The event was held on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, from 10:48am to 1:30pm. It was a great moment of joy and celebration as we commemorated the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ in grand style.

The event was graced by highly esteemed guests, including the Assistant Controller General of Corrections, Gbenga Sylvanus Yakubu, Zonal Coordinator of NCoS HTQrs Zone H, Makurdi, Benue State; Controller of Corrections, Mummy Lizzy Ekendu; Controller Incharge Benue State Command; indefatigable Deputy Controller of Corrections, Mathias Dzuzu; incharge MSCC Markurdi and other senior officers of NCoS Benue state Command

The event featured a range of activities, including:

- CDSS Cadets Presentation
- Carol of Nine Lessons
- Spoken words
- Dance
- Bible citations
- Bible games
- Bible quiz
- Song presentations from choirs of each class (JSS1 to SS3) and primary school
- Talk show
- Panel of judges
- Awards
- Preaching/teaching/prayers of blessings and protection

This event was a wonderful celebration of faith, joy, and community, focusing on the values of kindness, compassion, and generosity that Christmas embodies.
