You can use any of these depending on the kind of environment you find yourselves in.

Adolescence is a formative period where personal values, beliefs, and ambitions take shape. Understanding purity and purpose can help teens build strong character and make choices that align with their long-term goals.

1. Understanding Purity refers not just to physical or s*xual restraint, but to clarity of mind, intentions, and actions.
For teens, it can be viewed in three ways:

a. Mental Purity: Cultivating a mind free from harmful influences such as negativity, toxic social comparisons, or illegal and risky behavior. Consuming media and interacting in ways that contribute positively to your development.

b. Emotional Purity: Being honest and transparent in feelings and relationships. Avoiding manipulation, dishonesty, and harmful gossip.

c. Moral/Physical Purity: Making choices that honor personal, cultural, or spiritual values. Practicing self-control in areas such as s*xuality, honesty, and social responsibility.

Purity doesn’t mean avoidance of life or restrictions on growth; it means disciplining the self to act in ways that lead to healthy development.

2. Discovering and Living Your Purpose Purpose is the guiding principle that gives life direction and meaning. For teens, finding purpose involves:

a. Self-Reflection: Identify your strengths, talents, passions, and what brings you fulfillment. Understand your values and the kind of person you aspire to be.

b. Goal Setting: Break down dreams into actionable steps, like joining a club that hones leadership skills or volunteering to help others. Short-term goals reinforce habits, while long-term goals keep motivation alive.

c. Positive Influence and Mentorship: Surround yourself with peers and adults who encourage growth, integrity, and curiosity. Seek guidance from role models who exemplify purpose-driven lives.
