Episode 4
WHO IS PAMELA
It was a week already after Annabel's marriage with Pamela,the most beautiful week for Annabel as he feels nothing but undiluted love for Pamela every single day, doing what makes her happy is the only source of his happiness.
His three wives and remaining 5 kids has completely left his mind, Pamela became the only queen to be served.
He stopped working to stay home and look after Pamela who told him,what to eat wouldn't be a problem,in his right mind he would have asked how they would feed, since the both of them stopped working but Annabel seemed hypnotized that he wondered how miserable he will become without Pamela.
Victoria,Martha and peace started farming to keep themselves and the kids fate left for them alive, Annabel stopped eating what they cooked as instructed by Pamela.
Soon Pamela joined the women meeting in their village, everyone avoided her,they think she is evil and is responsible for Annabel's predicament but is she?????????🤔🤔
It was a year already and there was no sign of pregnancy from Pamela, yet Annabel never complained, he continued loving her still,even promised not to marry another,hmmm unusual!!!!!
Marriages has continued with others after Annabel's marriage and there was this particular one Annabel learnt of,it was his childhood playmate,since he's been indoors almost all the time,some informations get to him late just like this one,he planned to go visit him at least to congratulate them.
Annabel* my dearest wife,I heard that one of my good friends when we were little, got married,I would like us to pay them a visit.
Pamela* that might be a good Idea, I'm bored of staying at a place today
Annabel* in that case, I will help you dress up let's go.
They left the house happy, Pamela gushing over her beauty as Annabel kept chanting her praise while people stared and we're lost in pity for Annabel.
Soon they got there,
Annabel* this place has really changed, it's looking alot beautiful now,chike has done alot here,look at how everywhere looks so different
Pamela* I don't know how it was before but this right here is beautiful,(pointing at chike's new completed bungalow)you will build me this my husband.
Annabel* I will my dearest,let's knock and know if there is anyone around.
(Knock knock knock)
Annabel* are you sure someone is home?
Knock knock knock!!!!!!!
"Hold on, I'm coming"(a voice from inside) oh thank goodness, please come ooooooo,we are here to arrest you (he jokingly said)
Chike* it's a lie,what????? You Annabel in my house?? No way,wooowww it's been a long time,how are you,how is everything,infact come inside, I'm asking too many questions, welcome my dear (waving at Pamela)
Annabel* my brother I'm doing well as you can see my queen is by my side,so I'm great, it's been decades,how have you been?
They continued their pleasantries and jokes,it was all fun going down memory lane.
Annabel* my brother I got the information about your wedding very late,sorry about that,so me and my wife decided to come pay a visit and congratulate you two, meanwhile since I came I haven't seen your wife,where are you hiding her?
Chike* oh some of her fellow women came and took her from me saying they wanted to take her around.i will just hand you guys our picture album to take a look.
Annabel* oh please do
Chike brought the picture album and was about telling them how each one was taken,how the ceremony and and processes went,when Pamela suddenly insisted they both leave.
Chike* why my wife? Did I do or say anything wrong?
Annabel* you've heard from my wife we need to go now.
They stood up and left, Pamela walked as fast as she could while Annabel pursued,on their way home a strange lady stormed out and shout at Pamela !!!ADA!!! Annabel turned to tell her it wasn't who she thought it was.
Strange woman* I know what I saw, that's Ada but she is dead,how come.
Annabel* is Pamela not Ada ( turning back to Pamela and she was gone) Pamela!!! Pamela!!!Pamela!!! How could she have ran so fast?
Strange woman* and your neck bead it's familiar,was she the one that gave it to you?
Annabel* yes the bead is a gift from my wife Pamela,what about it?
I don't know you and I don't know the reason for the questions but I need to go after my wife now.
Strange woman* ran back home, panting and screeming her husband's name (chike chike chike)
Chike* Esther what is it,who is pursuing you?
Esther* my husband I saw her(still panting) please follow me,we don't have time, please run along ( they both ran off, Esther trying to meet up with the man he met earlier and chike wondering what they were chasing)
Chike* slow down a bit,what is happening,did you fight with anybody?
Esther* keep coming I will explain,oh that's him over there (pointing at Annabel who was still searching after his wife)
Soon Esther got closer to Annabel as he entered his compound,chike as well,has she killed anyone yet? Esther threw a question at Annabel
Chike* what's going on here, Esther say something.
Esther* I saw her,my brother's wife,the evil lady I told you about who was dead,she was with him and he called her Pamela.
Chike* this is unbelievable, Annabel in that case you are in trouble, but how sure are you that it was her you saw(referring to Esther)
Esther* I'm sure,if not where is she now?
Annabel* (laughing out really loud) you both are funnyooo,now I see why you married each other,kaiiii funny people,so chike this is how you planned to introduce your wife to me? Wow impressive,welcome my dear,you are so elegant though not more than my Pamela, anyways let's go inside and meet her.
Chike* wow this is bad, let's go inside then,my dear let's go(holding his wife's hand)
Annabel* now you are talking.
They went in,as Annabel called out for Pamela to come and see that his friend's wife is finally here,he kept calling but there was no response,ah ah where could she be? As he went into their room and searched the whole compound but she wasn't around.
Annabel* I didn't see her oo, maybe she is not back yet.
Chike* my brother please sit down,we have something to tell you, Pamela,Ada or whatever, is dead not just dead but evil,she is here to destroy you and you must have invited her unknowingly
Annabel* have you both eaten today because you sound hungry,look at that comedian (laughs)
Esther* (whispering to the husband) as long as he wears that bead he will never understand anything bad about Ada,she gave my brother same beads.
Annabel* are you both okay?
Esther* yes, I'm just looking at that spider over there(pointing at nothing, trying to shift Annabel's attention, Annabel looked to see where the spider was,when chike grabbed his hands and Esther reached out for his beads,they succeeded in taking it off.
Annabel* you people want to kill me(as he dozed off immediately,he slept for hours,it was already getting late but they needed to stay till he wakes up Incase Pamela comes back, finally he was awake.
Chike* I'm sorry but we needed to do that,it's for your good.
Annabel* where are my wives and Pamela too,she killed my innocent children today and she came back to cook,I just confronted her now,where is she?
Esther* I think he is back(referring to Annabel)
Chike* yes I think so too, it's time to let him know.
Annabel* let me know what? (still trying to gain some strength)
Chike* Mr Annabel, Pamela like you call her is dead
She was once married to my wife's brother,she killed alot of people,she is deadly, we got to know about her by asking questions,then we discovered she was a greedy spirit and she disappeared,she died in the process of pleasing her womanizing husband,she died in pain and so much bitterness,she came back to destroy the kinds of her husband afterwards,she can only kill people she is related to,so she marries them first, her kind attracts her,you might have attracted her with your quest of too many wives and because you loved them made her hate them,her hair grows long in hours, she cuts them all the time so that her identity won't be questioned, unfortunately she came back and succeeded in killing my brother in-law, now I'm afraid because she doesn't leave until she is done with her victim.
She will come back for you.
Annabel* now the whole thing is beginning to make sense,the day at the mogue,she asking me out instead and being exited for us to marry,she avoiding cameras on our wedding day, killing my wives and children,alot of things are beginning to make sense,I can't believe I have been married to a ghost,so what do we do now?
Esther* she will definitely come back.
As they were talking a heavy wind started,the doors and windows were shutting and opening at the same time, Chike took his wife and ran away leaving Annabel all alone,he wanted to run away but his feet felt stiffed at a spot,he couldn't move his legs,he was screeming but his voice wasn't coming out,he struggled but it was obviously his last minute,suddenly Pamela appeared, looking all scary,her eyes were filled with blood.
Pamela/Ada* it is time to go (as she spoke in so many voices at once)
A voice started screeming Stanley, Stanley, come back,Annabel recognized the voice as his mother's voice but his mother was dead and his name wasn't Stanley.
Pamela drew closer to Annabel, as she was about to slay his throat with her claws
Annabel* Jesus!!!!!!!!!!! (As he woke up) what kind of dream is this?

Woman* doctor!!!!! doctor!!! doctor!!! My son is awake,oh Stanley my son you are awake.

UNUSUAL episode 3
MARRIAGE

Annabel came back home fulfilled with his achievement, unlike others, Pamela practically asked Annabel out,it was strange but then nothing can stop Annabel's urge from what he wants,things became all rosy for them.
Annabel introduced Pamela to his family on one Friday afternoon,he called his family out to show them his wife to be.
Annabel* Paulina,Victoria,peace,Martha,Felicia,come out we have an important person in our midst.
Peace* welcome our husband (Victoria and Martha joining them,while Felicia and Paulina who fell sick while Annabel was away were still inside.
Annabel* (clearing his throat) peace where are the rest of you,why is it just the three of you here?
Peace* they are sick my husband,they will join soon.
Annabel* tell them to be fast,I have somewhere to go to.
Peace* I will do just that (walking into the room to check on her co wives) our husband seek to have a meeting with all of us,I will help you(facing Felicia who almost fell while trying to stand up)
Felicia* thank you peace
Soon they managed to come out for the meeting.
Annabel* my wives,I have been on a little journey for a while,as you all know I was ill and addmited to the healthcare,I suffered there but our maker sent me help through this woman here(pointing at Pamela who was all over him) so I would want to repay the kindness by bringing her home to join us as my wife,I wouldn't want her to be disturbed in any way,she told me her story and I was touched,so I would want to be all that she never had,anyone who has anything to say about it should please keep quiet.(looking in the direction of peace who obviously wanted to talk) I'm therefore done with the meeting,serve my new wife food to eat,she must be hungry.
Peace* my husband there is no food at home,no money to restock,our children has stopped schooling because of money.
Annabel* I brought some foodstuffs home on my way from work, one of you should prepare it,as for the children,they don't need to go to school,I didn't go to school and I'm doing well today.
Peace* my husband my two co-wives have been sick since you left.
Annabel* human beigns are ment to be down once in a while,the healthy ones should take care of the sick ones(Felicia left them in anger,walked outside slowly, while dragging her feet against the ground)
Annabel* as you can see one of you already scattered the meeting,so we are done here(standing up to leave)
Martha* my husband please are we permitted to farm now,so that we can take care of ourselves?
Annabel* do what ever(left the sitting room headed to his room which was separately built inside his compound,)
Pamela* I'm really hungry,who is doing the serving please?
Nobody responded to her,she wasn't only showing off,she was throwing herself to their faces.
Pamela* my husband (calling on Anabbel who already left the living room)come show me your kitchen,"your wives seem sick to attend to my needs" she said walking towards Annabel's direction.
Dennis Martha and Annabel's first son*mama I don't like that woman,she is rude to us.
Victoria*it's ok my child,we all will be fine with time.
Help!!!! who is closer? mother!!!!
Martha* that is grace's voice,what might have happened to her,they all rushed out leaving Paulina who was almost not hearing any single thing they said throughout the meeting.
Peace* grace what happened? Hey!!!!!!! My husband come ooo
Grace, Victoria's daughter who left her siblings where they were playing outside to come drink water, found Felicia on the floor in pool of her own blood.
Annabel hearing the noises outside angrily stormed out,what is going on? he shouted angrily.
They kept screeming,he came closer and saw Felicia's body lying lifeless.
Annabel* what is going on here,what is her problem?
Victoria* I think Felicia is unconscious my husband.
From indications, Felicia left the meeting upset with their husband's words,she hasn't stood nor walked on her own for some weeks,it was obvious she fell down and unfortunately hit her head on a stone and collapsed,she was taking to the healthcare and confirmed dead on getting there.
The family morned and blamed Annabel who blamed them for not taking care of her.

So our marriage will wait because of your wife?
She seem like a bad luck,we will have to proceed anyways Pamela said to Annabel who was lost in thought, Annabel nodded in agreement to Pamela who has been living with him for a while.
A week later Felicia was burried,the tears from their children couldn't bring their mothers back as Paulina joined Felicia a week later.
Annabel and his wife to be, continued with their wedding plan.
Annabel never wedded any of his wives,he only paid their bride prices and brought them home but here,it is different, Pamela is an orphan and has nobody she would approve worthy to accept her bride price,so the wedding was rather a welcome party for her, Annabel spent his last cash to make Pamela happy with their wedding.
Finally the day has come,on the early hours of that day, Annabel woke up and couldn't find Pamela,he searched everywhere but didn't see her,he became worried, preparations are going on where could she be? nobody knew where she went to, Annabel sent people out to search for her,it was almost time for the ceremony to start,he was confused,went into the room to cry,as he sat on his favourite chair (looking for me?) Pamela all dressed and glittering in her sequence material,my husband where have you been?
Annabel* Pamela what happened,we have been looking for you everywhere,you got me worried.
Pamela* I went to see a friend
Annabel* but I didn't see you coming in,I sent people to look for you.
Pamela* don't worry my husband,today is our day,we can't ruin our joy today,you will become mine today and I'm happy about it.
Annabel (still worried) ok if you say so,your clothe,it looks queenly and beautiful,I never knew you had something like this or rather,I never knew you were making something like this.
Pamela* no more questions my husband,I will explain later.
In few minutes they were set to leave,Mr Annabel dressed in his isi agu cheiftency wear,it is time Pamela smiled and said, reaching out to mr Annabel,
Pamela* my husband I made this for you,try it on(handing a rather small bead necklace to him)
Annabel* this looks nice my queen(putting it on)it really looks good.
Pamela* it is special,it is ment for you and you alone.
Annabel wore the necklace, confirmed it was special and off they went to the venue.
They were over joyed and made merry as they were decleared husband and wife, as it was time to take pictures,Pamela got missing again,the husband didn't bother much since they were already married and Pamela told him not to worry.
It was already late when Annabel got home and discovered nobody was at home, including his family who were not invited to the wedding.
Now he is worried,he left the house confused,as he passed some people,they looked at him with pity until he got to people who where open enough to sympathize with him.
First woman* why do evil things happen to the wrong people? Take heart Mr Annabel,our creator knows all.
Second woman* please don't be discouraged,this world is evil.
Annabel* (looking shocked)what is all this,can someone talk before I lose it?
Third woman* Mr Annabel we are just coming from the river,your family are there,we confirmed 19 of your children were drowned this evening, it's a pity(as she bursted into tears)such an abomination has never happened.
Annabel* (laughed) you people are bigger than this,try something else,my own children drowned? The joke is expensive do you all know?
Third woman* we cannot joke with a thing like that,you should find out yourself.
Annabel still believe they were joking as he asked them if they saw his new wife,no they didn't.
He hurried off to the river anyways and met the worst shock of his life,wives crying over their children who has been filled with water.
Annabel wept bitterly for the first time in his life.
Witnesses around said they were all calling out Pamela as their little shallow river suddenly became deep at the presence of a big tonado but the witnesses didn't know who was Pamela and saw no one as well.
Arrangements were made and the children were burried by the river bank,since they can't be taken home considering tradition.
On getting home that night,they could hear noises from the kitchen,they went to the kitchen and Annabel was pounding cocoyam for dinner.
Pamela* my husband don't tell me you left me all by myself at the wedding.
Annabel* where did you go to and what happened to my children?
The first time Annabel was shouting at Pamela.
Pamela* I don't know what you are talking about and what children is that? I have been at home waiting for you and you are here to shout at me?
Annabel* my children drowned today, burried and witnesses said they all called out your name.were you the one who asked them to go to the river today? answer me.
Pamela* my husband please calm down,was that why you took the necklace I gave you in love out?
Annabel in anger threw the necklace at Pamela and suddenly blood were flowing down her nose.
Annabel* are you ok,what is wrong with you too,what is going on in my family,what wrong have I done?
Pamela* (struggling to breathe)put the necklace on or I will die,I will explain later.
Annabel hurriedly wore the necklace back.
Annabel* now tell me what is happe.........(as his eyes changed,he totally forgot that he lost his children today,he rushed to Pamela to carry her up from the ground.
Pamela* don't take this necklace off ever again
Annabel* I won't, I promise.
They left for their room while his wives morned their children alone.

THE UNUSUAL
Chapter1 Episode1 (Anabbel)

There lived a man called Annabel,he was loved by many because of how good he was.
He married 5 wives, Paulina,Martha,Felicia,peace and Victoria,who slept on same bed everyday of their lives.
They gave him 26 children,each one had 5 children, except for Paulina who had 6.
Despite being loved by many,you know the saying" every man with his flaws"
Annabel wasn't satisfied with the number of wives and kids he had.
He loves children that he wished he fathered all the children he met on his way.
He was a known carpenter,he wasn't too rich nor too poor,he had enough for himself and his family.
His quest to have more wives and kids ate too deep into him, according to news and the tradition they believed in,he died without wives and kids in his previous life, hence he has the urge to get more wives and kids as much as possible this time.
His family lived in peace for the sake of Annabel,
"Oh how they loved him" Annabel was in his early fourthies,a very handsome, hardworking man,so all his wives does was to pray and hope that all goes well for Annabel,day in day out, therefore they lived in peace and did everything together.
Annabel went in search of a new wife or rather wives,eager to quench his thirst,he goes for youger women,who has a long way to beat kids for him.
One faithful day Annabel got a news that new health care members were posted in their community healthcare,he became happy,here comes another chance to meet with new women he thought.
