Funny story, if I and my husband were to buy goodies on our way back from the store, mix it all up, my 7year old son and my first daughter will sort out exactly what mummy picked and what she didn’t, In MJ’S voice, “my mummy will not even buy sweets🍭 and biscuits for us, unless all the bananas and fruits has disappeared from the shelves 🤣🤣” My husband goes, “This ones aren’t all that bad”

MJ responds “my mummy said, this are just a bunch of empty calories, we ought to feed our bodies substance, not junks” In my head, am like attaboy🎊

After mouthing off, Mj will still come to ask mummy we can still eat some of dad’s goodies, and I say “yes, why not! You can indulge once a while, but go slow on those ones, go hard on foods and fruits that grow on plants 🌱 rather than those that are made in Plants (factories) There young minds don’t always understand everything mummy is saying, but I say it regardless,it’s a seed, it buds and grows with them.
