3. Drink water quickly: Drink a glass of water quickly to stimulate your diaphragm.
4. Gargle with water: Gargle with water to stimulate your vagus nerve.
5. Bite on a lemon: Suck on a lemon slice or bite into one to stimulate your nerves.

1. Distract yourself: Engage in an activity that distracts you from the hiccups.
2. Apply pressure: Apply gentle pressure to your diaphragm or chest.
3. Try the "5-7-8" breathing technique: Breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds.
