Dear Family ❤️,

I sincerely apologize for my recent absence. Over the past few months, you may have noticed that I haven't been sharing my usual fertility teachings and educational content. I also promised to take you along on my pregnancy journey, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to do so.

The reason is that my page recommendation was suspended, and I patiently waited, hoping it would be restored. Sadly, that has not happened.

To continue supporting, educating, and sharing valuable fertility and wellness content with you, I have created a new påg£: Nurse Blessing Wellness

I will be focusing my teachings, updates, and pregnancy journey on the new page, so I kindly ask for your support by f0l,l0wing and engåging with me there. Your love, encouragement, and trust mean so much to me, and I don't want you to miss out on the valuable information and inspiration I'll be sharing.

Please F0l,l0W Nurse Blessing Wellness and invite your friends and loved ones to join our growing community.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued love. I truly appreciate every one of you. 🩷

I’m here to conclude the success story of one of my TTC Mums who recently received her positive pregnancy test. 🫄🎉

When she first reached out to me, one of the major challenges identified through her pelvic scan was Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). As part of her fertility journey, she followed a treatment plan and used the PID Infection Removal Kit available in my store. After completing the treatment, she repeated her scan, and the findings showed significant improvement, with no evidence of PID.

The next step was a hormone profile assessment, which revealed a slightly elevated prolactin level. While under my guidance, I recommended the appropriate supplements to support hormonal balance, and she remained committed to the plan throughout the process.

We also paid attention to her husband's reproductive health. One thing I truly appreciated was his understanding that fertility is a journey for both partners. He followed the necessary recommendations and took supplements to support his overall reproductive wellness.

Finally, I guided her on identifying and understanding her fertile window—the days within her cycle when the chances of conception are highest. This is an important part of my coaching process because timing plays a significant role in achieving pregnancy.

When you book a consultation and come under my guidance, I help you understand your cycle, track your fertile window, and provide personalized recommendations based on your individual fertility needs.

Congratulations once again to this amazing couple on their beautiful testimony. May more positive testimonies locate every TTC family believing for their miracle. ❤️🙏

Why Do TTC Mums Need Avocado?

If you're trying to conceive, avocado can be a great addition to your fertility-friendly diet.

✅ Rich in Healthy Fats – Avocados contain healthy monounsaturated fats that support hormone production and reproductive health.

✅ Contains Folate – Folate is important for healthy egg development and supports early pregnancy.

✅ Supports Ovulation – The nutrients in avocado may help support hormonal balance, which is important for regular ovulation.

✅ Packed with Antioxidants – Vitamins E and C found in avocado help protect cells, including egg cells, from oxidative stress.

✅ Provides Essential Nutrients – Avocados contain potassium, magnesium, and fiber, which support overall health and wellness.

🥑 Adding avocado to your meals can be a simple way to nourish your body while on your TTC journey.
So I hope this helps 🩷. Lik£ and shar£
