Good morning my fellow Igbos, home and abroad! Listen to the voice of the truth of the Igbo land.

Shortly after the arrival of American troops in Nigeria to support the fight against terrorism and banditry, a notorious IPOB commander, Chukwujekwu Ugwu, also known as “Jekwu,” was arrested at a beer parlour in Akwuke.

Jekwu is allegedly responsible for the killing of several security personnel and civilians.

Thanks to President Donald Trump.

BREAKING: Onitsha Main Market to Reopen Tomorrow — Biafra DPM Orders Protection for Traders

The Deputy Prime Minister of the United States of Biafra, Dr. Ngozi Orabueze, has directed traders at Onitsha Main Market and all markets within Onitsha to reopen their shops tomorrow, Tuesday, 27 January 2026, and to continue normal business activities throughout the week.

This directive follows what has been described as an unlawful market shutdown order issued by Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo, who was reportedly seen earlier today enforcing a one-week closure of Onitsha Main Market in response to the voluntary Monday sit-at-home civil action observed by Biafran citizens.

The sit-at-home action remains a peaceful and voluntary protest, ongoing until the release of Onyendu Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa, and until the full restoration and protection of the United States of Biafra territory is achieved.

According to the statement, the United States of Biafra Elite Squad has been placed on alert to ensure the safety of traders and residents, and to prevent any form of harassment or intimidation at Onitsha Main Market and surrounding areas throughout the week.

The USB Secretary of Defence, Gen. Rabbi, alongside his team, has been tasked with ensuring compliance with this directive and safeguarding the rights and welfare of Biafran citizens.

The protection of the rights and livelihoods of USB citizens, the statement concludes, remains a core responsibility of the USB government.

As security operations against IPOB/ESN continue in Anambra State, Governor Chukwuma Soludo has ordered a one-week shutdown of Onitsha Main Market over traders’ compliance with the Monday sit-at-home order.

The governor warned that the closure could be extended if traders fail to fully reopen, while security agencies have sealed the market to enforce the directive.

That said, collective punishment of traders is not the most just or effective approach. The traders themselves should not bear the full consequences of decisions taken by market leadership. A more appropriate step would have been the immediate dissolution of the current market leadership.

The state government should consider appointing an interim board to manage the daily affairs of major markets. This body could be named the Anambra Board of Market Administrators, chaired by the Commissioner for Commerce, to ensure accountability, order, and alignment with government policy.

However, it must also be said that years of blind support for disruptive directives have brought the region to this painful point. Many traders followed sit-at-home orders pushed by individuals who offered grand promises but delivered economic hardship instead. Today, the consequences of those choices are staring everyone in the face.

This moment should serve as a hard lesson: economic sabotage, no matter how it is framed, ultimately hurts the same people it claims to protect.

When the United States gives someone “honorary citizenship,” it is purely ceremonial.
It is a proclamation.
A gesture.
A photo-op.

It does not issue a passport.
It does not grant residency.
It does not offer legal protection.
It is not a diplomatic instrument.
It does not override the laws of another country.
It is not real citizenship.

IPOB followers pushed it—arụrụ ya arụrụ—as a fundraising tool.
Use your head so they can use your wallet.
Ego ndi IPOB agwụla.

Yet a whole section of our people heard “honorary citizen of Georgia” and concluded:

“Kanu is now an American citizen.”

“Kanu is untouchable.”
“Nigeria is finished.”

Biafra has finished many.
Ndi eririeri.

This is the core problem.
Our people now consume symbols and ignore substance.
They chase headlines and skip meaning.
They convert ceremonial gestures into fantasy victories.

And once fantasy becomes identity, reason dies.
Sense dies.
Stupidity becomes the default setting.

Kanu remains convicted under Nigerian law.
Honorary citizenship in Georgia changes nothing.
It does not summon U.S. Marines.
It does not grant diplomatic immunity.
It does not rewrite reality.

Unu zuzucha. Unu ajuo onye ji ụbụrụ unu na-egwu unu egwu.

Other societies understand the difference between symbolism and power.
Ndi Biafra merge the two and call it wisdom.
That is how a people remain permanently emotionally mobilized—and practically stagnant.

If we do not begin teaching the next generation how systems actually work—
law, diplomacy, statecraft—
they will continue mistaking slogans for solutions.

Ụbụrụ adịghị n’ilo, mana sense adịro.

History is not the problem.
Emotion is not the problem.
The refusal to think clearly is the problem.
Allowing the brain to rot is the problem.

And if we do not correct this now, tomorrow’s generation will believe even bigger nonsense—
all in the name of Biafra.

As a typical wealthy Igbo man of my type, I dressed in an elegantly tailored native attire, such as an "isi agu" shirt, which is often adorned with bright colors and intricate patterns alongside matching trousers.

I might wear a traditional cap, known as "okpu agu," which signifies our cultural heritage.

My accessories would likely include gold or beaded jewelry, such as a necklace or wristwatch, symbolizing status and success.

I might also be seen with designer shoes, reflecting modern fashion sensibilities.

As a well-groomed appearance with a neat haircut and perhaps some facial hair would contribute to my distinguished look.

Please help me to join my page to grow biko 🙏
