*TO PRODUCE YOUR OWN SPAGHETTI FROM SCRATCH:*
Ingredients:
1.2 cup of flour
2.3 eggs
3.pinch of salt
4.2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
5.3 tablespoon of water.
*Equipments needed.*
1.Bowl
2.chopping board.
3.pot
4.Sieve
*Procedures.*
1.First of all you have to sieve your flour into a clean bowl .
2.Add salt,vegetable oil and mix
3.Add a little water and mix well.
4.Pour in the eggs, mix very well.
5.Place the dough on a clean chopping board.
6.Knead the dough for 10 minutes or more.
7.Divide the dough into six and roll each of it, till, the tough is very light and flat.
8.Then wrap and slice, endeavor to sprinkle flour from time to time to stop them from sticking together.
9. After you are through, let it boil if you are cooking it immediately, but if want to preserve it, put in the oven to bake.
Your home made pasta is ready.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN GOLDEN SYRUP
Ingredients
3 Tbsp water
1/2 cup [115 g] sugar
1 1/4 cup [310 ml] boiling water
2 1/2 [500g] cups sugar
1 lemon slice
Instructions
Pour 3 Tbsp water and 1/2 cup sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer (uncovered) over medium-low to medium heat.
Once the mixture turns a caramel color, slowly and very carefully add 1 1/4 cups boiling water (I pre-heated the water my countertop hot water kettle).
Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and bring to a low simmer.
Add a slice of lemon. The lemon will keep the syrup from crystalizing as it simmers. Turn the heat down to low and let the syrup simmer uncovered for about 45 minutes.
Remove the candied lemon slice. Let syrup cool down for a few minutes before pouring it into a sterilized glass jar.

GOLDEN MORN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Maize, 4 cups
Soya beans, 1cup
Milk flavor (powdered)
Salt ( 2 pinch)
Sugar (2 teaspoon)
Procedure:
*Thoroughly Wash the maize and soya beans separately and dry them very well in sunlight (100% dry)
*Fry both maize in low heat to achieve crunchiness ( don't burn pls) and grind in medium consistency, not powdered form.
*Fry soya beans too and dehulled ( crack the back) and grind in not too smooth form.
*Mix both grinded maize with soya beans and add few drops of liquid milk flavor( You mix the powdered milk flavour with water), salt and very smooth sugar to coat the soya beans and maize.
*Leave outside to dry very well and you bake dry for proper preservation .
Your homemade Golden morn is ready.
*Serve with warm water, sweetened milk and sugar.

Strawberry bombs: these are irresistible!
Super delicious and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
300 g (2 cups) flour
1 egg
45 g (1/4 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
140 mL (3/5 cup) hot milk
40 g (1/4 cup) softened butter
For the decoration:
Whipped cream
Strawberries, chopped
Powdered sugar
METHOD
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.
Whisk in egg. Add the flour and salt, and begin mixing the dough with a spatula. Then continue to knead it with your hands until you have an elastic dough.
Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.
Form the dough into a ball, cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let rise for one hour.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Fry the balls in hot oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Let cool slightly and cut in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Top one half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Eggroll recipes
Flour 1 and half cup
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Nutmeg 1/3tsp
Sugar 2tbsp(or more)
Butter 1tbsp
Water more than 1/2 cup
Procedure
Step 1: pour your flour into a bowl
Step2: add baking powder
Step3: add nutmeg
Step 4: add sugar and mix thoroughly
Step 5: add butter and coarse with your hands
Step6: add water gradually and check your consistency
Step7: knead for a while, not too much
Step8: place on your work table and cut into 4
Step 9: take your boiled egg,coat it with flour
Step10: take one out of your dough and roll out flat.
Step 11: wrap the dough round your egg one after the other and smoothen it with you hand or on your work table Make sure there's flour on your palm so it won't stick
Step 12: fry in a deep hot oil/make sure you reduce your heat source to the minimum while frying
Step 13: while still in the oil, use a fork to pierce it in two places, so the heat can pe*****te into it.

Easy Bread recipe made with simple ingredients.Best homemade bread recipe for both beginners and expert bakers.
Ingredients
2 Cups of Warm Water
2/3 Cup Honey
1 3/4 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
6 Cups Bread Flour
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together warm water and honey until honey is dissolved. Add yeast, and cover with a towel.
In about 10-20 minutes, your mixture should look delightfully frothy.
Mix in your salt, and then add the bread flour one cup at a time. (Use the whisk for the first three cups and then switch to a wooden spoon or silicone spatula for the last three cups.)
Add a little extra flour to your hands and knead the dough, about 5 minutes. (Knead the dough right in the large mixing bowl. It keeps your counter cleaner.) Place kneaded dough in a large, greased bowl and cover with towel.
After an hour, your dough should have risen significantly.
*Punch the dough for awhile then knead again for a couple of minutes. *Divide into two lightly-greased loaf pans and cover with your towel once more.
After allowing the dough to rise for 30 minutes in the loaf pans, bake in a preheated oven at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
A lot of bread recipes use an oven at 350, 325 works better if you use honey.

Hot Process Bar Soap
7 litres of water
2 cups of sodium sulphate
2 cups of calcium
2 cups of soda ash
3 cups of caustic soda
3 liters of palmkernel oil
2tbsp of sodium silicate
Perfume as desired
Color of you choice
Materials
1 big steel pot
2 turning stick
3 gas cooker or stove
4 moulds
Process
Measure out the water into a big pot
Add 2 cups of sodium sulphate and mix well
And 2 cups of calcium and stir well
Add 2 cups of soda ash and mix well
Add 3 cups of caustic soda and Mix well till particles disappear
Add 2 tbs of silicate and mix well
Add 3 liters of oil and stir until.it becomes thick and smooth
After mixing light the gas or stove and quickly place the pot on the fire on a low heat (not too low) turn with turning stick while cooking
Add perfume as you are stiring check if the mixture is well cooked by dropping little on ur palm if the mixture dries immediately it means its ready for molding
Now set your would in a clean ventilated area
Line your mould with nylon if you are using wooden or aluminium mould befpre you fill it
Now fill your soap in the would
Unmould after 24 hours

Home made yoghurt.
it's Natural, Healthy & Tasty.
Recipe
1. Powdered Milk------ -------500g
2. Water -----------4liters
3. Yoghurt culture---10g
(You can also use fresh unsweetened natural yoghurt as your culture to make your own homemade delicious yoghurt.)
4.sugar--------------to taste
5. Vanilla flavour or any other flavour of your choice
Procedure
1. Dilute the milk with the water in a bowl and transfer the mixture into a pot
2. Bring the diluted milk to a boil, bring down from fire, pour into a bowl that has cover but don't cover immediately, allow it to become warm, not totally cold. ( the essence of boiling is to get ride of germs).
3. When the milks is warm, pour the yoghurt culture/starter in a little plate, pour a little quantity of the boiled milk in to the culture/starter, dilute it and then pour it back into the main milk.
4. Cover it and keep in a warm place, where it will not be disturbed and allow it to ferment for 10 -12 hours or preferably over night.
5. When it properly ferments (i.e) the next day, open the bucket and stir, if it's too thick, you can add more water to it.
6. Add you sugar to taste and vanilla flavor or any other flavor of your choice, stir well to combine to whole ingredients properly and then sieve to remove the chaff.
7. Your yoghurt is ready for consumption, so easy to make. You can put in the fridge cos it's best served chilled.

SHORT BREAD/COOKIES
Ingredients
240g flour
170g butter
85g icing sugar
20g powdered milk
2 teasspoon vanilla flavor
A pinch of salt
50g corn flour
ΒΌ teaspoon baking powder
Procedure
Cream butter & Icing sugar
Add flavor, salt and mix
Add flour, baking powder, milk and corn flour (sieve please)
Mold into ball and roll out on a flat surface
Cut into desired shape and size
Carefully place into greased baking tray and bake at 180oc for 12minutes
