My wife knew the day I was going to propose to her, and we planned everything together, but in the end, I surprised her.

We agreed to go for dinner, and then I would propose to her.

I knew she did not want me to do it big because she knew I was broke and didn't want me to spend so much.

I had called her mum and siblings and invited them to our family house. I got my family ready, invited my brother and his family, and called a few of our friends over. I had my people cook, everything was set, and that was how I proposed to her.

She said YES.

Everything that happened, I planned it. All along she did not know that I had arranged with Mumcy to call us back home.

She was very happy and excited.

I didn't spend so much, just as she wanted, but I still made it memorable for her.
