Some orders within the same city took much longer than expected, and we’ve received your messages, calls and complaints. Every single one has been heard.

We recently partnered with a new logistics company in hopes of improving our delivery operations & reducing delivery cost especially in Lagos.
Unfortunately, they have not met the level of speed and reliability that you deserve, and we take full responsibility for the experience you’ve had.
At Bellissimo StorebyThelma, your trust means more to us than any order, and we’d never want logistics to overshadow the care we put into every package.
To serve you better, we’ve made immediate changes:
✨ Our delivery timelines have been updated to reflect realistic expectations.
📍 You can now choose store pickup for urgent orders.
🏍️ If you prefer, you’re welcome to send your own dispatch rider to collect your order.
