A whole week passed, and honestly, I wasn’t myself.
I went quiet, tired, and unable to show up the way I normally do online.

As I mentioned in my earlier post about my business situation—losing access to my workspace and having customers’ luxury hairs temporarily out of my reach—it hasn’t been easy. I didn’t lose faith in God, but I became overwhelmed.

Answering calls and explaining the same situation again and again to several customers drained me mentally, emotionally, and physically. That pressure spilled into every other area of my life, including school.

I missed all my last week’s lectures from the Program at talkgeneralsglobaltrainingsch. Life happened, and I had to deal with situations I didn’t plan for. I honestly don’t know what to expect from my Dean, Asiwaju Dorcas - The Anointed Speaker 😨. I’ll have to carryover, for the first time in my 28 years of schooling, Ahhh 😌 … but growth sometimes comes with uncomfortable moments.

I had planned to share this over the weekend, but last week truly knocked the wind out of me. I felt off balance and unsure for a moment.

In the middle of all this, I attended the One Million Man Worship, and for the first time in my life, I served as a counselor. That moment became a turning point for me. Standing there, serving and listening, I was reminded that God had not left me. It felt like a quiet confirmation of His promise to defend me and strengthen me, even in the middle of uncertainty.

So this morning, I made a clear decision: TO RESET

Instead of listening to fear, pressure, and tiredness, I chose to listen to God.
And the Word He gave me from Isaiah 51 reminded me of something powerful: God comforts. God defends. God speaks strength when we feel weak.

One of our assignments in the BSC program is to host a live discussion on any social media platform and yes, I’m still doing it, I’m carrying it over.

In all of this, one thing has stood out clearly to me: my ability to speak up.

Speaking up helped me regain confidence.
Speaking up brought clarity.
Speaking up connected me to people who truly matter to what I’m building.

I’m especially grateful to Dr Mazi Eze, whose instruction to show up more consistently on my page stayed with me and I’ve started implementing it. Thank you sir.

I also want to sincerely appreciate Barrister Ucheoma Chisorom Nwogu, Managing Solicitor at UCN Legal & Associates . Your calm guidance and swift action helped steady me during a very tense moment. I truly appreciate you.

All these experiences have shaped the conversation I’ll be hosting in my upcoming Facebook Live, both as part of my assignment and as a reflection of real life.
