Today I’m adding carrot and beetroot to Zica’s pap to give it a little extra goodness. 🥕❤️ It’s such a simple way to include vegetables in his diet while keeping his meal delicious and filling.

Every baby is different, so always introduce new foods gradually and make sure they’re prepared in a way that’s suitable for your little one.
