I believe that there's always a need for a human to work on their spirit and soul which ultimately helps the body.

The body should be taken care of via exercise and feeding it with the right amount of food and nutrient it needs to function properly. That's why I recommend that you exercise and do it as a lifestyle, eat right ( stay away from junk food and fast food), and in no time, you'll have the positive teachings and growth happening in your mind reflect in your body.
