A LITTLE SECRET BEFORE GOING ON A WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
It is very likely that almost
everyone who is over weight had tried or attempted to get rid of the excess weight on their own or have sought help or advice from someone or somewhere.
So my advice to before you go on a weight loss journey
1. You should ask yourself why you want to loose weight. It could be for health reasons, personal grooming, to boost your confidence etc, whatever your reason. It should be a personal descion
2. You should seek help from someone or platform who is expirenced to show you how
3. Never announce to everyone friend and neighbours you are on a weight loss journey. That is a red flag because they will keep trying to talk you out of it and make you feel it is a waste of your time
4. Tell only your immediate family or people close to you who may need to alter their routine to accommodate your goal
5. Bear it in mind you didn't gain all the weight in a short space of time and it will take a while to see changes
6.Remember to be patient with yourself and before you quit remember why you started...
7. You may need to develop a thick skin incase someone from your inner circle tries to discourage
