Another year has begun! A fresh start, one filled with many new opportunities but still, many experience(s)- some great, others not too good. However, amidst the celebrations and resolutions, we shouldn't forget lessons learnt the past year, neither ahold we forget to look out for ourselves, paying close attention to our mental health unlike any other because, the way we feel ,is capable of influencing how we treat others.
Sadly, but truthfully, this year is not much different as the only one capable of making changes to the year, is ourselves.
Many times, we'd be down and, have no one close by to pick us up.The lesson here should be, to save ourselves enough energy in our storage banks enough to pick us up even when no one will.
It's a beautiful year to start afresh and, to look out for others!

Nigeria! My country🙌, our motherland;- one who birthed us free!
Devout we stood,together,we pledged our support.💪
Heads lay upon open chest, her breast we suckled and nested our heads under her arms! Arms that promised us love❤, support, protection! Or so we thought! 😢
Our visions, she made a dream!
One of turbulent seas
One from which we awake distraught! 😢
One dream filled with horrors which we seek to flee!😱
Our hearts, she broke ;dreams she nurtured with promises of beauty, she let grow cold.
Then again; this is our present thought
Our mother she truly is!
Our cry she shares with us and even more, she bleeds for her children. 🙅
Yes! She's fought her fight, one which she set us on "the path to freedom" 👐
Yeah with her, we gained independence
But still, we live in dependence
Putting her morals to waste
Yes! She gave us promises of forever
One we were only to attain together!
Now, all we do is scatter
Forgetting the struggle of our heroes past altogether!
They've done theirs!
She has done hers!
Our land is far too soiled already
Its time to drop our swords
And pick up a far better tool
TOGETHER!

Having educated these women on proper hygiene, we had to put smiles on their faces with the little we brought.

The first food Drive was a great success.
In our little way, we put smiles in the faces of women and children in Araa Community in Umuguma Owerri West LGAof Imo State.

We also got the stories of indigent women in the community and thats a story we would love to share with you soon.

"REACHOUT" is our very first outreach with a theme of love and in the spirit of Charity.
