Through gentle breathwork, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing, your nervous system calms, your body softens, and you find clarity and tranquility.
Midway, we’ll gather around the table for a delicious homemade vegan lunch together. We’ll close by sharing what came up, no pressure, just presence.
