This is the oil that started me using essential oils. It's my WINTER BLUES oil. It's diffusing right now, cause everyone if feeling a little sniffy and cold, it's rubbed under all feet and behind necks. It helps protect against environmental threats and helps strengthen the immune system. Part of getting ready for school routine. I've also just started using the toothpaste, which leaves a wonderful taste in your mouth and helps keep gum infections under control. ❤❤ Doterra On Guard!

Essential oils are really easy to use. You don't NEED fancy rollerballs and glass spray bottles (they are nice and they are on my wish list) but for now, I just use what I have in my house... old glass jars. This is my first aid wound care.... The jar on the left is boiled water with tea tree and on guard. (This was originally a mouth wash for my daughter who had a mouth sore, but I use it to clean wounds as well.) The second jar has coconut oil mixed with the on guard and tea tree. So, I use a cotton pad, soaked in the first jar to disinfect the wound. Then I dry the skin. And put some of the oil onto the bandaid and cover the wound. These oils support the body in healing itself in a gentle way. Lots of cuddles as well because big girls do cry. 😭

Looking forward to ordering this oil next month to make deodorant for my whole family. I've made it before because I am so freaked out by all the rubbish that they put in commercial deodorants....cancer-causing rubbish. This oil has Lemon Peel, Siberian Fir Needle, Citronella Grass, Lime Peel, Tea Tree Leaf, Cilantro Herb essential oils. This will smell amazing!!!

So, many people reach for pills when they have a headache. But have you read up on the side effects? Pretty crazy.... liver failure, nausea, vomiting, and even death. These pills are cheaply available without a prescription and are probably used weekly in people's homes. Well, I carry my tiny vial around with Frankincense, peppermint, and Lavender.
