The story began when founder Margreet van Roemburg discovered a solution for her brittle, splitting nails while on holiday in England. Inspired by its results, she decided to develop the formula further and introduce it to the Dutch market. Today, the Herome Nail Hardener has become internationally renowned and loved by users across the globe. While Herome originally focused on hand and nail care, the brand soon identified opportunities in foot and eye care — always guided by the same principles: thorough research and delivering on promises. Herome Cosmetics is one of the few independent Dutch cosmetics manufacturers. Every product is developed, produced, distributed, and sold in-house — both nationally and internationally. In addition to its headquarters in the Netherlands, Herome has established offices in Germany and the United Kingdom. The brand is also available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Australia, Mexico, Morocco, and New Zealand. Herome’s product range is divided into four care categories:
