Here is my first track – SO Ham / I Am That.
It is now downloaded Moore than 4000 times in 3 weeks

The song is written with the intention of helling pepole turning inward and rediscovering the light that burns within all of us — and learning to live from that place 🙂-

It speaks about remembering the ancient traditions of having a spiritual teacher, and the path of being a sannyasin , as it was done in earlier traditions. It is about recognizing that some have gone a little further on the path , and choosing to learn about awareness, to learn about love, and to receive the timeless wisdom that flows through such teachers.

My teacher was Vasant Swaha 🕉️💚🕉️
I have now walked this path myself for 35 years an want to help others discover their true self, their balanced self, their regulated self true Breath release, Breath yoga and satsang and songs

Why I hold satsang, yoga, and breathwork – and why i write Music text And producers music- all pointing back to the Truth. - To sat., To higer knowledge tru deep inner practice

I hold satsang, yoga, and breathing practices with one main purpose:
to unlearn fear and inner suppression, and to help people return to themselves –
to the true, awakened self.

For me, this is not about becoming something new, but about remembering who we already are.

In yoga, Zen, and mystical Christianity alike, there is a shared understanding:
What binds human beings is not primarily moral sin, but ignorance, fear, and identification with the ego. When we live for a long time in fear – external or internal – we lose contact with our true nature.

This is why true yoga is never an escape.
Yoga means union – awakened presence.

True yoga is about:
– not running from fear
– not acting out of fear
– but being brave enough to meet fear consciously

When fear is seen, it loses its power.

This is why the flower of samadhi is a symbol of awakening.
This is why the lotus grows in mud – not in perfect conditions.
Awakening happens in the midst of life, not after everything has been cleaned up.

This is also deeply rooted in the original message of Jesus.

Before Christianity became the state religion of the Roman Empire, there were many Christian movements that emphasized inner knowing, wakefulness, and direct experience of God. In 1945, the Nag Hammadi texts were discovered – among them The Gospel of Truth, The Gospel of Philip, and The Gospel of Thomas.

These texts show us a Jesus who:
– points inward
– speaks of awakening here and now
– teaches that the Kingdom of God is within you
– and that truth is not merely something to believe in, but something to be realized

In The Gospel of Truth, sin is not described as moral guilt, but as ignorance.
In The Gospel of Thomas, Jesus says that the one who knows themselves has found life.
In The Gospel of Philip, salvation is described as inner union, not outward obedience.

In the 4th century, a shift occurred. With the Roman Empire’s need for order and control, these texts were removed from the Church. The doctrine of original sin and guilt – especially through Augustine – became dominant. Belief became more important than experience. God came to be understood more as a judge than as inner light.

I do not believe this was simply “wrong.”
I believe it was necessary in its time.

Most people then lived in fear, poverty, and constant survival. Silence, practice, and inner work were not accessible to many. Faith functioned as a guardrail – a way to hold darkness in check when direct awakening was not possible.

But today, many of us have the opportunity to go beyond belief alone.

This is why I hold satsang, breathwork, and yoga – not to escape the world, but to become more awake within it.
To help people:
– release inner fear
– dissolve suppressed tension in the body and nervous system
– reconnect with their own truth
– and live with greater clarity, responsibility, and compassion

This is not opposed to Jesus.
For me, it is a way of following him at a deeper level.

Awakening is not about being better than others.
It is about:
– not letting fear guide our choices
– not projecting our own darkness onto others
– and not giving away our inner authority

I share this not as a final truth, but as an explanation of why I do what I do –
and why I experience yoga, breath, and gnostic Christianity as pointing toward the same truth:

A human being who is awake is not easily governed by fear.

And perhaps that is precisely why this message has always been both precious – and challenging.

“So Ham” is written as a song to remember.
A remembrance of what is ancient, sacred, and true.
So Ham is Sanskrit and means “I am That” —
a mantra echoing through more than 5,000 years,
the subtle sound of the breath itself:
the inhalation whispering So,
the exhalation dissolving into Ham.
For 35 years I have lived and breathed Pust Yoga.
Through this lifelong practice, I have passed through
a profound inner transformation —
from an identity shaped by imitation,
by personhood, by name, by body —
into the quiet recognition of what moves beneath it all:
the insight that rises from the soul,
the wisdom that lives in the timeless.
I walked this path with the guidance of my spiritual teacher,
Vasant Swaha, who carries the ancient presence
of the master–disciple tradition.
Through his silent wisdom, something true awakened in me.
Now I write texts and songs from that same presence —
not as a personality,
but as an open channel for the stillness within.
So Ham is a mantra used by yogis, sages,
and even by Ramana Maharshi himself —
a direct doorway into the Self.

Her et utdrag fra teksten

We are souls
We are light, we are consciousness, shining bright
When darkness falls and we lose ourselves
We become egos lost and Astray.

So Ham, So Ham
I am that, I am the source
Let me wake up to the mystery..

So

Note: "So Ham" (सो ऽहम्) is a Sanskrit mantra meaning "I am That" - a profound declaration of unity with the divine consciousness and the universe. This is to Ramana Maharshi .. This sacred phrase is often used in Breath yoga
