duchowe i obywatelskie,
ale 👏👏 podwójne brawa dla dzieci,
które je wprowadzają w życie ... .

⌛EVERYTHING HAS ITS PURPOSE⏳

I'm often asked in classes how the fluid gets out of the baby's lungs:
🔆
Amniotic fluid and mucous drains out of baby’s chest and mouth while baby’s chest is being squeezed by mother’s va**na.
🔆
Usually there is a gap of a few minutes between birth of baby’s head and the rest of the baby. This is why "slow and steady wins the race."
🔆
Slow, mother-led pushing, and allowing the fetal head to sit in the perineum with slow stretching decreases perineal trauma as well as gives the baby adequate time to benefit from chest compression in the va**nal canal to remove amniotic fluid from lungs.

Routine episiotomies are most certainly not healthier for mother or baby and is not recommended unless medically indicated.

Rushing for no reason is 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝘼 𝙈𝙀𝘿𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙇 𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉!

To learn new things in your body it’s important to have one thing from the start.

Good coaching.

Coaching from someone who not just sees an exercise and replicates it but one that UNDERSTANDS it.

Good coaches are out there but you can assume everyone standing in front of you in a class, or PT office or other professionals are going to give you quality.

A title is just a title. 

A good coach listens, asks questions, empathizes, challenges you, holds you to a higher standard, communicates well and only gives you what will HELP you understand what to do and feel (not say random s**t to just look smart:)

🦋 Pelvic Floor Pilates is recommended for women who want to improve awareness and functioning of the pelvic floor muscles and other muscles that support the pelvic floor.

It is not just relaxation, It is not just muscle tension.

It is restoring of muscles engagement and responsiveness in everyday activities.

Training is especially recommended for:

🦋pregnant women (preparation for childbirth),

🦋women in postpartum (in order to reeducate muscle work and return to physical activity),

🦋women who have symptoms such as urinary incontinence during jumping, running, coughing, f***l incontinence, va**nal prolapse, feeling of heaviness in the va**na or legs, painful s*x, painful periods.

Emocje towarzyszą nam codziennie i nie pozostają obojętne dla ciała, również dla dna miednicy. Przewlekłe narażenie na czynniki stresowe, do których nie znajdziemy narzędzi zmniejszających oddziaływanie, może wpływać na wyżej wymienione dolegliwości.
Ciekawym przykładem i aspektem są wyniki wskazujące, że ekspozycja na stresujące wydarzenia (traumę) powiązana jest z nadmiernym napięciem dna miednicy u kobiet z dodatnim badaniem przesiewowym w kierunku PTSD.

To przykład mocnej traumy, jednak należy pamiętać, że czynniki stresowe z życia codziennego również mogą wpływać na to jak ma się nasze dno miednicy 🧐

Przewlekły ból może rzutować również na stan psychiczny i "kółko" się zamyka oraz nakręca. Pamiętajmy o sposobach radzenia sobie ze stresem na co dzień, o relaksacji, o oddechu, o dotyku 🙃
