I am Judith. Mamma of 3 kids, and living far up north in Tromsø, Norway, but originally from the Netherlands.

I have always been interested in a healthy lifestyle, but since i became a mother i took that to a higher level.
I found out that most products for babies have a lot of ingrediënts in there that you really don't want put on your baby. It was not only difficult to find good procucts, but also really expensive.
So i started to make my own procucts. With mostly organic ingredients and nothing in there that doesn't need to be in there.
Both me and my children really benefit from the products, so i also started to give them to friends. And when the people around me started to be as enthusiastic as i was, i realized that my procucts should be available for every one.

So that's when my company came to life. Freya's nature. To the norwegian goddess of love and fertility. She would have loved my products too!

One of the very first medicinal plants I ever learned about was plantain (Plantago).

As a child, whenever I got stung by stinging nettles, someone would tell me to rub a plantain leaf over the sting. It always amazed me that such an ordinary plant could bring so much relief.

Today, plantain is still one of my favourite herbs. I use it in my handmade healing salve, which is wonderful for itchy skin, insect bites, and minor irritations. I also add it to my goatmilk soap, where its soothing properties make it especially loved by people with dry or eczema-prone skin.

Nature has an incredible way of taking care of us—sometimes with the plants growing right beneath our feet. 💚🌿

It happened again. My website is hacked and taken offline.
So I had to make the sad decision to stop with my website.

Ik ga niet het hele land doorrijden om bestellingen weg te brengen, maar het kan tussen 25 maart en 3 april opgehaald worden op vakantiepark de Beemster, of tussen 3 april en 7 april in Purmerland.

My daughter woke me up at 5 this morning, so when I calculated how much oil I needed to make new arnica cream, I miscalculated.

Therefore I have now 20 big boxes of arnica cream. And I didn't have enough and right stickers either.

So those boxes can go for 100 kroner instead of 120 kroner each.

The perfect cream for bumps and bruises.
